The girls that work here are AMAZING. Every morning they’re happy and super sweet, but y’all’s drive thru is ridiculous. I can only count 2 times that I’ve been given the right order because of how you’ve done the drive thru. 2 lines and expecting customers to know who ordered first is brave to say the least. I can’t even imagine how frustrating that is for customers and the employees having to apologize constantly.

Normally this location is great and I don’t have any problems, today around 11 I went to pick up a drink before I had to work an I usually order the same drink, picture perfect, extra sweet, with sugar sprinkles. I get the extra sweet because I don’t love the taste of coffee and they’ve always made my drink perfectly but when I went to go drink it today it tasted like someone just put frothed milk, coffee, and ice together, very bitter and personally I couldn’t drink it, they were in a bit of a rush so I politely asked if the could remake it because it was very bitter, the guy at the counter was very kind and had it remade for me but it still tasted the same. I’m not sure if it was just someone new working and I can understand, it was just very disappointing to order my drink and be excited about it just for it to not be drinkable

I just wanted to leave a review because I saw one about one of the sweetest girls here. She is always so kind and helpful. I have never felt rushed by her and always leave there with a smile. She has the cutest red hair and always wishes us a good day. I feel bad for the person you didn’t have a good experience with her and encourage her to go back so they can see the true person she is! They are all so amazing and always get my order right!

Had a really good experience at Dutch Bros today overall—the drinks were great and most of the crew was super friendly. The only issue was one girl in the drive-thru (BO) who rushed me, rolled her eyes, and was pretty rude. I even tried to brush it off, but my 9-year-old sister noticed it too. It definitely threw off the vibe, but everyone else was awesome as usual. Hoping she was just having an off day, because I usually love coming here!

This has been my husband’s go to, loves the hot golden eagle! They’re usually always consistent in how their drinks taste, but lately they’ve just been awful! Usually my husband enjoys it enough to finish it but today he threw it straight into the trash after one sip, said it tastes like toilet water. This will no longer be our go to, hopefully the other locations can live up to their expectations because this one has gone downhill.

Stopped by today and was treated horribly. There was a bit of a line (which is fine, I had nothing else to do today) but I never saw someone taking orders, maybe they were behind cars, but I got close to the window and that’s when someone took my order. Got to the window, and was treated like I was a burden to them: rolling their eyes, a straw shoved in my window, and drink shoved in my window too. I get it, I didn’t order until I was close to the window, I threw off their groove, I’m the bad guy in this situation. However… I was still treated like that. I’ll keep going here, but please tell staff that no one is a bother no matter how many cars are in line…

Every time I go to Dutch, they always mess up my order. I went just now and I ordered a sugar free peppermint hot coco and didn’t get any peppermint sprinks and there’s no taste.. I’ve gotten it before and it tested just like peppermint.
Last time, I got a lemonade and ended up getting a rebel.. I don’t drink energy drinks.
It’s just getting annoying, hopefully this isn’t happening to anyone else!

The person taking the order was nice, accommodating and patient.
When receiving the drinks they were made wrong. When bringing it to the team member attention at the window, asking for it to be fixed she understood that the order was wrong. Then proceeded to say “ Yeah I know, but you will still drink it right?”

I had a great experience at Dutch Bros! Not only are their Rebels & Iced drink amazing, but the staff truly goes above and beyond for their customers. On my recent visit, while coming in from out of town, there was a small mix-up with my drink, and they handled it with such kindness and in a timely manner even though I am pretty sure I went during their busy time. They were quick to fix the mistake without hesitation, all while keeping a friendly attitude and making me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a place where the team is this helpful, upbeat, and committed to making things right. Dutch Bros has definitely earned my loyalty the next time I’m in the area!!
