This was our first experience with trying Dutch bros so I was excited to finally try the hype. My husband got a vanilla latte add whip cream. I got a salted caramel protein latte add shimmer sprinks and whip cream. Although the drinks tasted okay, we’re pretty sure they used the same base for both drinks so either they’re both regular lattes or both protein milk based lattes just with different flavors added (based off taste/consistency they both tasted regular). They not only tasted the same but looked the exact same despite one supposedly containing a drizzle and each being different flavors. Mine didn’t have any caramel drizzle in/on it at all. And neither of the drinks had the requested toppings on them. I was really looking forward to the whip and sprinks There was a line so I felt bad having them remake the drinks or having to waste the old ones. I have a hard time speaking up to customer service about issues so we still drank them but honestly it was nothing spectacular. Tastes exactly like what I make at home but for cheaper. Maybe we would try again but order different drinks or next time I’ll bring my husband to the pickup window with me to say something if they’re made wrong lol. We won’t be in a rush to visit anytime soon though. Maybe this poor experience was just the location and not representative of all Dutch bros quality.

Went to this location today and my fiancé was a little nervous about the line but the music was bumping and everyone was so happy. first time at dutch bros and the drive thru was a little weird but I had someone walk up to me and take my order that was cool. Me and my family are definitely gonna be coming more often

I come to this Dutch Bros pretty often, and the people never disappoint. The other day my usual drink didn’t taste quite right, and before I even said anything, the barista noticed and offered to remake it without hesitation (supposed to be sugar free). He didn’t make me feel bad or rushed, he genuinely wanted me to leave happy. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just the coffee.

This Dutch Bros is seriously the best. The baristas here are always so friendly and chill, even when it’s crazy busy. You can tell they actually care and love what they do. My golden eagles are always made right, and the energy here just puts me in a good mood every time I stop by. Definitely my go-to spot for good vibes and good coffee.

Stopped by here to celebrate our 11 year old Beagle’s (Lexi) birthday with a pup cup. Our barista made sure she had a little extra whip cream:to celebrate her day ! What you don’t know is we were in Las Vegas in 2015 for her first birthday and got a “pupachino” to celebrate … fun times great coffee and drinks and a little more for the whole family. My other beagle thinks EVRY drive up is a Dutch Bros and looks for a cup of!!

This is the 3rd time I have been stuck over 45 minutes in line. I would have left each time if a vehicle wasn’t behind me. Whoever is scheduling is doing a horrible job. Also, do what the other locations do cone off the 2nd entrance if you don’t have enough staff to service both sides. This just leads to people cutting in and extending wait time. I know it is not the employees fault but when it gets this backed up the drinks become inconsistent.

Tried to order my peppermint mocha cold brew with half and half instead of chocolate milk, and the lady in camo who SAW my online order IGNORED that I asked for and decided to use chocolate milk when I specifically asked for half and half. So I politely asked for it to be remade, she threw a fit and acted like I was insane?? Sorry im not a coffee pro but if the app allows me to swap out the chocolate milk for half and half then SHOULDNT you be able to??? Insanely disappointed in her attitude and this drink, usually I love Dutch Bros but idk if she’s a new hire or not but that was awful :/

First time here today, blonde woman was rude. Just wanted to ask for an addition to my drink that id pay for (syrup) and she was codnensending, stating it doesn’t come with that. I asked to add it, she rolled her eyes charged me but still didn’t add it.
