The last few times we stopped by. Noah was super friendly and awesome. This is our favorite location, even when it ‘s busy. The rest of the staff was awesome. Please give them an extra 15 min break and a merit raise. Came back and got a Mango & Passion Fruit Drink and awesome drink.

I got a golden eagle and a caramel hot chocolate for my brother. We enjoyed our drinks. The staff were friendly and the service was quick for the time of day that I went (7:30pm). Dutch Bros is one of my faves, so I try to go when I can, which isn’t often, so when I do, I try to enjoy it as much as possible!

I placed a mobile order 15 minutes early. When i arrived at the check in counter, it was slow, no real crowd. I was next in line, ready to grab my drink, but a staff member, tablet in hand, intercepted me. She confirmed my name and that my drink was ready, and said she’d check me in and to wait for my name to he called. I waited almost 10 minutes while others got their drinks, including those who ordered from the window after I had arrived. When I finally asked at the person at the counter, they confirmed my drink had been ready all along and apologized, and said I had never been checked in. These mix-ups are common here, the wait times are just that bad. I really hope they step it up.

I wanna give a shout out to this Dutch location! I swung through to grab a drink…on a whim! The young lady who took my order “scanned” my app to charge me for my drink! As I sat in line I noticed that the $ amount on my app hadn’t changed. I got to the counter and mentioned that my $ on the app hadn’t changed. When I was given my drink I brought it up. The young lady at the window said, “well, they didn’t charge you and wanted to give you a free drink”! Baffled, I was like, what…huh….and asked…why?! She said, well, maybe they thought you were cool!
Thanks Dutch for my free drink and to the 2 sweet young ladies that “hooked me up”! My average day turned into a great/special day!

Shoutout to Dylan and Garrett at Dutch Bros – they are absolutely amazing! I was totally indecisive and couldn’t even remember what I wanted, but somehow they knew exactly what to make and nailed it perfectly. True pros!
These are some of the hardest-working, kindest, and most fabulous young people, always keeping the good vibes going. It blows my mind that the owners could get a sign made about the bee activity, but can’t get proper pest control out here to take care of it. These employees are out here smiling, hustling, and even fighting off bees just to keep customers happy.
Major respect to Dylan, Garrett, and the whole crew – you guys make every visit worth it!

Edit for 1/16/26 – I didn’t learn my lesson the previous times and once again had to request a refund. 25 minutes for a drink that was order ahead is crazy work. There multiple individuals waiting and you can see the frustration in their faces this place needs to really needs to figure out how to better optimize their work flow.
Although I do enjoy some of their drinks, there needs to be a change to the ordering process. There have been multiple times where a drink has been ordered ahead through the APP with an estimated pick up time and you will have to wait. Two times I had to leave without drinks because they have pick up time and you have to wait for extended periods of time where you have to lead and message through the app for a refund. If you order ahead you have ti wait on the same window as people ordering which creates a much longer wait. From the many experiences I have had, just order at the window and you will your drink faster than ordering ahead.

Today around 8am the person outside taking orders decided to ignore the double line behind her and stay talking to one car even after she was done taking her order, literally walking and talking. and come to find out at the window she got my order wrong and added coffee in my kids drink. Didn’t get a name but she had glasses, love the coffee here but hopefully never see her working outside since she likes ignoring and getting orders wrong.
