The start of my day was amazing. Forgot to get the young lady name but she was amazing. I asked for oat milk in my latte she then asked would I like the cold foam that comes on top then immediately explaining that it has dairy in it. I then told her the cold foam was fine no dairy allergies I just like the oat milk taste in my latte. Immediately leading with care and concern . Love that as a customer. Thank you

Lovely drink! I got the cookie butter latte, a new favorite of mine. I’m new to Dutch bros as of the last few months, but its great and cheaper than some places around. Good variety of drinks. Wouldn’t recommend standing at the window when its super nice and sunny at some of the locations if youre in a rush though, can take quite awhile!

I have been a Dutch Bros fan for 8 years now! I was so excited when they opened up locally shortly after I moved to Kansas City. This is the best coffee and the friendliest Broistas you can find. And I love the special fundraiser for ALS every year on “Drink one for Dane” day. Not only are the coffee and other drinks fantastic, you couldn’t get a business with more ethical and community pride.

Very Poor experience… wife ordered the drinks through the app. I go to window to let them know I’m here as I can see there busy and the girl working the window was very rude. Saying we are not even to that order yet
I work in customer service and retail. I know you are busy but no reason to be rude. Two other customer who came up and ordered after me got there drinks first with no sprinkles my wife ordered on hers.

Coffee was great. But the whole two split lanes with people being told what car to follow. Doesn’t work because there are people that are to self absorbed to fallow the car they were asked to witch causes your wait to be extended by at least 20 mins. There are kindergarten kids thst fallow the rules of fallow the leader better than these adults.

Ordered three drinks; one blended freeze, one shake and one blended lemonade. Of those three drinks only the lemonade was made correctly, the shake had espresso in it and the blended freeze was undrinkable.

Usually this location is so great. But when I went this time, the person in the window was talking with the people in the car in front of me. Passing phones back and forth and laughing it up. I thought they were waiting on an order. They got they stuff but continued to chat and flirt while another worker had to come out and take my order and then got the order wrong. All the while the people in front still were there talking with the person in the window. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
