Would give a zero if possible – we had a group of 8 come in for drinks after a wedding, we were very patient as we watched the bartender ignore us for 35 minutes. When we finally got her close enough to ask for something she responded “she’d get to us in a year” laughed and walked away. She literally never came back after that so we told her sorry you and the business don’t get our money then and left.
