Nastiest, worst baskin robbins around. Staff is so lazy and slow that when you order 2 brownie sundaes on uber eats and pay double what it’s worth, you end up with 2 single scoops of the wrong freezer burned ice cream. I wonder why…useless!

I received 1 1/2 children’s scoops, when I should hv received 2 double adult” scoops! I received a 1/2 scoop of one flavor that was half melted and one melted child’s scoop. I paid $6.00 for what?!!! So disappointed! And, I had to repeat my order 8 xs.

Worst customer service ever!!! Rude!!! They always run out of something. They honor no discount coupons or codes. I recommend they change owners or management. I refuse to go back. I take my patronage to Dairy Queen from now on.
