THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER FRIENDLY VERY PATIENT.
I DONT FEEL RUSH HERE AND THE FOOD DELISH
THE NIGHT CREW IS MY FAV THE GIRLS ARE SUPER SWEET AND VERY WELCOMING EVEN IF YOU COME THERE BEFORE CLOSING.
I LOVE MY DECAFFEINATED ICE COFFEE AND THE MINI BAGEL BITES

The donuts are delicious, the coffee is also not bad. The only thing is there is no place to sit inside. (There is a table with chairs, but I understand that it is only for workers)

Or food order . So frustrating only dunkin in this city or where go somewhere else. The staff are mostly so sweet but they need to be trained on how to make drink or take orders not where the problem is I always ask for less milk and I xtra ice. I get a full cup with barely any ice almost every time. Then once I have them remake it it’s like the skip the flavor and maybe give me decaf because it taste so different. How is it I been coming in here for years and still have the same problem. Mind you I’m spending 10$ everyday even more if I have the my kids with me . They will remake it with a smile but I just don’t get why it’s so hard so to get right ….

Today, you lost my family as a client & we Latinos, so is a big family. I ordered a coffee trying to get an offer that you guys have about a $3 ham & cheese pretzel after I paid. I noticed they extra $3 wasn’t charged, so no ham pretzel? So I ordered another coffee & and again, I didn’t read the DETAILS of the $3 Deal. So I asked the girl that came to give our order & she had no idea. I went inside & and talked to the manager. I had no idea of her name ? (is the one in PittsburghCA) she explained that I didn’t add the pretzel that I didn’t read the DETAILS BS. OK, it was my fault I DIDN’T READ ALL THE DETAILS, BUT SERIOUSLY? she wanted me to buy another coffee to do the $3 DEAL. She couldn’t make any exception & sell me the $3 Ham pretzel, but NI SHE COULDN’T SO TODAY YOU LOST A BIG LATINO FAMILY ALL OVER THE COUNTRY s

Your average dunkin’, this location has no indoor seating for customers. Also noticed the app and ordering kiosks did not have everything that the store had, so if there was a particular pastry you want, you have to order in person.

I stopped by to grab a bite before heading to Oakland. I ordered the croissant, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with potato rounds, and a blueberry donut iced coffee. Aurora was so nice she was able to substitute the creamer with oatmilk. She was so nice with great customer service!

Dunkin is cool. My husband likes the coffee and the jelly filled munchkins. I am not the biggest fan of dunking but will honor a very fair review. They were a bit short staffed today so there was a little bit longer wait. I completely get it, but they did have what seemed like a descent staff attendance. From what the manager said they over staff weekend mornings which proves to be a great call. Right on dunkin. The food is ok, donuts I mean. I have not tried the other hot foods but might and will update. The specialty coffees are hit and miss. But try them out and enjoy, hope you find your fav and support the place.
