I’ve been a regular customer here for about a year. I stopped coming for a while due to a noticeable decline in service, but I started visiting again over the past few months and wanted to share some feedback.

I’d like to specifically recognize a newer employee, I believe her name is Harleen. She consistently provides excellent service—she is patient, respectful, and attentive, which has made a big difference in my recent experiences.

That said, I’ve also noticed ongoing issues during early morning hours. In the past, the service at that time felt careless and unprofessional, and during a recent visit, I observed similar behavior. One staff member, who I believe may be part of management or HR, appeared inattentive and dismissive toward both customers and coworkers. I’m sharing this because I genuinely want this location to do well. The atmosphere and service quality improve significantly when employees are respectful, engaged, and customer-focused. Hiring and retaining staff who bring that energy—especially during morning shifts—would greatly improve the overall experience.

Mostly they out of stuff. Some time bagels, coffee filters. This is coffee shop and no coffee filters that’s weird. Even not coffee creamers. It’s almost 1 month. Always going to this shop but without getting anything came back. Because mostly out of stuff. Even manager not going well. Always asking about her. Staff said she is in India. Employee always on phone..only 1 employee working till 7 am. So it’s request franchise owner. Please take care of business and make money

I visited Dunkin’ early in the morning for the bag promotion. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, the location itself is poorly designed and easy to miss. We actually drove past the entrance because of how it’s built and positioned.

Once inside, the customer service was extremely poor. Two employees were talking among themselves and appeared uninterested in helping customers. When we asked about the bag promotion—simply to confirm the details—the employee responded by asking us what the promotion said, which was surprising and unprofessional. The staff seemed confused and unsure of what was going on in the store. While this may partly be due to a language barrier, the lack of basic training was very obvious.

We ended up ordering a cup of black coffee to go and were offered the donut promotion. Unfortunately, the donuts were not good at all—flat, stale, and lacking the soft, fresh texture you’d normally expect from Dunkin’.

The most concerning issue, however, was cleanliness. When the employee asked if we wanted creamer and sugar and went to retrieve the creamer, I noticed the refrigerator was very dirty. The dairy products inside looked unclean and possibly expired. It was honestly alarming and raised serious health concerns.

I can tell the employees may be trying their best, but the training and management at this location are clearly lacking. Cleanliness standards are not being met, and customer service needs major improvement. If the owner or corporate is wondering why this location may be underperforming, the issues stem directly from poor training, lack of oversight, and hygiene problems.

I would not recommend this location. It is a hygiene and service nightmare, and it feels like only a matter of time before someone gets seriously sick. If corporate is reading this, I strongly suggest sending an auditor or manager to review this store—for your customers’ safety and your brand’s reputation.

In this economy, you would think businesses would be more aware of the portion to $$ spent. I get this sandwich all the times. They are playing with the amount of bacon they put on it. $8, for this is ridiculous. It an egg and cheese croissant with a hint of bacon. I normally ignore it but not today. I will never buy this again. You can play with someone else money not mine. There are other places to go, to get what you pay for. This isn’t it. P.S. and it was burnt.

My daughter came to visit me from sandiego. She wanted donut holes her usual on a Sunday morning usually it’ll run about $2.50 for a dozen. Not here!! For for 12 average donut holes costs $7.50 seriously not worth it!! Just around the corner is a little place called the donut factory better selection better prices and the lady’s are really sweet gals..

Need new staff, unenthusiastic, don’t seem like they want to be here, slow service, sadly the only Duncan around this area, always run out of donuts. I am from FL and have never stepped in to a Duncan Donuts this miserable before.

(update)Had to come back for more yummy donuts. They didn’t have a lot of selections on my last visit since it was 8pm. Today was a total opposite. There were so many delectable donuts to choose from. A huge shout out to Cheyenne, the manager. She was fantastic!!!Super nice and friendly!! I was looking for an apple-filled donut. They didn’t have any that day, but she said if they did she would make them as french toast. Wow! That show’s a lot of creativity. I may take her up on her suggestion and make it next time when they have apple-filled donuts. Tommy was super friendly too. With this type of customer service, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!

(3 days ago) Knew about this new location before it was built. It just opened on Dec 2019. Decided to stop at night-time to check it out. First of all, I gotta say, the lead front end manager was wonderful! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was friendly, informative and helpful. Not only can u get yummy donuts here, they have bagels, croissant sandwiches and wraps. They also have coffees such as nitro and cold brew, iced tee and other drinks on tap. There is even a mobile app to order in advance. Definitely a cool place to work with wifi and many seats. Plus, there is a parking lot for easy parking.

At 12PM, I scheduled two dozen donuts and two coffee boxes for a large group of co-workers, which came up to over $100, I scheduled for a pick-up of 4:45pm. I showed up at 4:45pm, and they said they wouldn’t be able to complete my order because they didn’t have any donuts left…even with 4.5 hour notice! It has been over three weeks later and I still haven’t received a refund for the purchase I never received. This company straight up stole from me and the snotty little employees were just playing on their phones while the business loses money and the respect of their customers. I am following up with my credit card company and negative review through the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I would never go back to Dunkin Donuts again.
