I had high hopes for this nice looking facility. I ordered from the kiosk, just what I wanted. I waited about 15 minutes as I watched many cups of coffee go out. I finally went up and asked for my order, provided the kiosk online order number, and they couldn’t find it in their system, bummer. They told me to go get the receipt from the kiosk, which I did, and it was blank. Then I was told I did not have an order repeatedly. I decided to check my credit card online and once I showed them the charge on my credit card then they finally admitted that there was an order.

The Donuts were okay the service could have been better. The area was nice.

The store is much smaller inside than it looks. Donut selection is a bit difficult because they are all on the back wall behind the cashier. Other than that, this place gets five stars for being impeccably clean, having amazing staff and making it super easy to get donuts, coffee and sandwiches at an affordable price. I also love that I don’t have to use the drive thru because that looks chaotic.

This location just won’t make the drink the way it is listed on the app. I always order through the app, and order the charlie (cold brew, cream caramel, cold foam). I get there and walk it to watch the manager tell a new hire that the charlie is just cold brew with foam. When I corrected the order she said they changed the recipe and I need to order it differently to get it the way it is listed? She even acknowledged the app is wrong.

It is 7pm and although the hours on Google and at the door show closing business hours are 8pm the door is locked and the person at cash register signal me from inside that only drive thru since they are still on Covid hours and that her boss indicated they close at 7pm.

The workers are extremely nasty! The manager is awful!! Long long long wait times in the drive thru. Out of product many times. Donuts are stale and coffee weak – not up to par with Dunkin protocol. Consistent bad attitudes and bad products. Not worth the ride to get these consistent awful experiences. Just poorly run and consistent bad attitudes from seasoned workers. There are many other choices for the same type products. Not worth it to go here
