I hope the manager sees this. It was the most disappointing experienced ever. I always go here since it’s the nearest location. Anyway I went to this location(drive thru) today, asked if they have the mini tote, he said no. Okay, since I was there mind as well order a drink. As I was driving up to pay I saw an employee walking out with a mini tote I asked the guy at the drive thru again to confirm and showed him the picture of the promotion, he straight out said “no we don’t have it here”. Hmm…if he had said “sorry we’re out” I wouldn’t be this mad, but he actually said “we don’t have it here”. The whole team at the location, at this hour heard me since I made my order at the drive thru. Makes me believe they’re all in it together. Like they’re holding back the items for their friends family or maybe resell. This is not good for the company if there are employees like them. I feel like I’m being scammed. Drove all the way there for nothing. Will I believe in future promotions? I might’ve to rethink about it. If you advertise there will be free with purchase, then make sure the customers get them too. It was a bit disappointing. Can’t believe people do this. This never happened to me at other places.

Purchased 6 donuts and a medium coffee. Had an offer in my app for half dozen donuts for $4 with purchase of any drink. Well I didnt get to use that offer because I didnt specify i want a “half dozen”. You would assume they would say do you want a half dozen. So wound up paying $11 instead of $4

This doughnuttery is a blessing. It’s an amazing place to get breakfast from, all day. It is a 5-star drive-thru.

Doughnuts taste as expected. Various options available. I learned that Donuts are baked and another location and shipped to this place. The only fresh baked items that are created here or muffins. The muffins were a bit dry. Didn’t taste fresh (soft or warm).
Several areas to sit. Dining area looked clean. There is even a kiosk for selection and purchase options.
Price is a bit more of what you would expect at a mom and pop doughnut shop.

I come here every week for donuts and coffee. The only reason I decided to finally write a review is because I have created a close bond to one of the staff members working the night shift. Her name is Annie, she’s been working here ever since I started coming to get my weekly dozen of vanilla frosted with sprinkles donuts. She always remembers my order. She’s super help when it comes to choosing a drink from the plethora of different drinks Dunkin’s has to offer. Over time, I’ve started to look forward to see her there when I get my order. As well as the other staff members, they are all very nice people. The inside is always very clean and not messy like other locations. I recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts location if you’re in the area.

I love Dunkin and enjoy having it as an alternate chain option to Starbucks. Unfortunately, this branch consistently has the SLOWEST service I’ve experienced in any drive thru around the Huntington Beach and Westminster areas. I really hope they find a way to improve their turnaround service times.

Nice staff I guess but honestly not the best dunkin. We came through the drive through and no one said anything. After saying hello to the speaker multiple times someone asked for our order and once we went to the window to pay they said the item we wanted was “discontinued”. I go to dunkins a lot and I know this is an item they always sell so it was just that they didn’t want to make it out of laziness. (Sometimes workers make this exact excuse to get out of having to make the food) I understand but its frustrating as a customer. Drinks were good though so there’s that.

I tried their avocado toast. May not have been gourmet and fancy like the restaurants but still satisfying and not overly priced like other places. Is it the best avocado toast I have ever had? No but it was enough to satisfy my palate. I love that they added the everything bagel seasoning. They were also very friendly and helpful about getting me a dozen assorted donuts.

I ordered 1 donut & a coffee plus 4 groups of 5 munchkins (donut holes). Got to talking to someone and left without my change. Came back about an hour later and they had my change in a bag with my receipt stapled on it. Very good handling of the situation.

Don’t know if the girls were in a bad mood, it was busy me and my son walked in the girl was standing at the cash register and just walked away as we were approaching the counter. She then came back asked what were we going to order. No one said even a good morning right with you, nothing. As we are leaving my son says thank you to the girls loud enough so they can hear nothing… just plain rude my son is 5 were Dunkin customers but not this location.
