Great place. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious — way better than expected. The coffee at this specific location is something special: rich, well-balanced, and honestly different from any other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The donuts were fresh, soft, and had an amazing, generous filling.
Another big plus is the convenient location and easy parking — I pulled in, parked without any hassle, enjoyed my food, and left stress-free. Definitely coming back again.

Came in before closing and John was working at the time. He is one of the best workers I have ever encountered. Was super patient and nice to me. My girlfriend had a drink that was too milky and when I brought up the issue, he did not hesitate to remake the drink and had such a great attitude. Thank you John!!

3/5 the drive thru people needs to listen better. Wasting my tike to line up through drive thru and going back again to order what’s missing. COLD FOAM FROL MATCHA DTINK NOWHERE TO BE FOUND too. Smh

This morning at approximately 5:05 a.m., I ordered an original iced coffee with no creamer. When I received my drink, there was visible creamer dripping from the cup. I brought this to the attention of the barista (thin, blonde hair), but she denied the issue and closed the window on me.
Her response and attitude were rude and unnecessary. This experience was disappointing, especially because I genuinely enjoy Dunkin’ and visit frequently. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service moving forward.

Not a big fan of DD but was passing by and we stopped to get a dozen. Obviously not fresh because it was at night when we started ordering I realized why I’m not a fan. They don’t really have a variety to choose from to start with and everything was out of stock so i got the basics. Ordered a latte and that was pretty good, customer service was great but definitely not my first or second choice for donuts.

I just left the drive thru where I had the worst experience. There was a Caucasian girl that refused to give our food until we paid. When we reached for the food as I was taking my card out she snatched it away and said card. There is a nicer and correct way of saying it. I need a payment first please and then I will hand your food is how she would have said it. Very bad service and it is always the same girl that acts this way. The rest of the employees are nice.

Upon getting my bacon avocado toast I looked inside and saw a long hair intertwined with the bacon. So I didn’t eat it and contacted support still haven’t heard anything back.

I ordered an iced pumpkin latte, and it was good, but just tasted a bit “artificial.” The server was friendly and tried to help me with my app [new phone.] We used drive-through. I will return and order the same drink just to see if it does have potential for fall bliss!

Customer service needs to be better. Can barely get a smile out of these workers. Absolutely no customer service. When you are ordering they rush you after every word you say. They don’t even smile and say have a good one or anything and they’ve ignored me when I say it to them. Completely rude. And I used to go there often but they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or it’s a burden to make drinks.

i placed a mobile order and walked in about 5 minutes later and it was ready. i didn’t know that there was a separate counter for the mobile orders but the girl at the front counter told me. they have a huge parking lot here and a drive thru as well. i’ll be stopping by again for some quick breakfast if i’m in the area.
