Note to everyone: all our coffee shops on the Strip cost more than standalone stores. Anyway, I am in a hurry this evening (local going to work) but quick grabbed this photo to show how ‘full’ my iced matcha latte is without having taken any sips yet. This seems to be a common problem at coffee shops lately (or too much ice). Plus you can’t collect your DD points here & we barely have any DDs in Vegas as it is. Donut was fresh though.

Virgin Hotel , the former hard rock, is a gorgeous venue!
The Dunkin’ Donuts is located down the hall when coming from paradise parking, in front of casa calavera.
The service of both employees was outstanding!
The young man on the register was very polite and attentive. His coworker, a lady working on the food, was awesome! She made a tremendous vanilla chai and walked all the items ( a strawberry glazed donuts with sprinkles, ham and cheese roll ups, and an iced vanilla chai) directly to me, so sweet!
Highly recommend!!!!

Yesterday I purchased two coffees costing $15 but when I got back to the room they were Luke warm. So today I went back to purchase another two coffees but asked for extra hot but when I got back to my room they were worse and undrinkable.
I took the coffees back and explained the situation and was asked to remove the lids and was questioned why I had taken so long to return and that one could not be replaced as some had been drunk. I could not believe what the guy was saying to me over coffee I had paid a lot of money for !!!
Eventually he agreed to replace both but it was very uncomfortable and staff behind counter weren’t very interactive. All this could have been avoided if they just said sorry and offer to replace them instead of making a big deal of it and trying to put us in an embarrassing situation !!

Food is good, they are not part of the in app program, they have a sign that no one can see at once, that said they have a problem reported in April and they have not solved yet, that is bad for them because push people away. Didn’t like that. They should work it better, where is management?

Seems like new management is needed. Understaffed for the amount of people that come though here, always a long line going down into the hallway. No names are taken or order numbers given, many people taking orders that were not theirs and chaotic. When I told them my order never came out they wanted a receipt and was not given one. Bad system here. Save yourself the trouble and go to the starbucks across the street from the hotel.
