Best burger king in the Pine Bluff/ White Hall area. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they do an awesome job at making sure my order is correct. I also have to give a big thank you to their manager this afternoon for helping me get my car started when it died on me in the drive thru. I also appreciate all the customers that was inconvenienced for their patience and understanding.

Came down for a family reunion and after a long day we were heading to the hotel almost across the street from BK. My dad wanted BK and the line was long but I wasn’t too upset about that. 20 mins past we made our order and pulled to the 1st DT window where an teenager was there taking the money and the GM (which I found that out later) was backed there with her seemingly flirting and laughing as if DT time wasn’t an issue. Another 20 mins passed as we sat and waited on my dad’s food and I’m thinking well surely it has to be fresh because of the long wait so again not too upset about the wait time. I ordered a whopper combo with Strawberry lemonade to drink no ice. It was 3 teenage girls at the 2nd window standing around talking and when the girl handed me my drink I said I asked for no ice, she shuts the window talking to the other girls and opens the window back and said they can’t do no ice, I asked her why and who said that, she closed the door rudely as they proceeded to talk amongst themselves. The white GM came and said that they couldn’t put no ice because the drink would be half full. I said I’ve never heard of BK saying they can’t make a drink without ice, secondly when I placed the order why wasn’t that stated when I asked for no ice, so the girl was just going to give me a drink without ice knowingly. Mind baffled. So I asked is this just for the strawberry lemonade? He said yes so I got a fruit punch no ice. Hotel literally 3 mins away and took 5 minutes at the most to get upstairs and settled. I called my dad and asked if he was okay, and how was the food. He asked me to come to his room to look at it. Mayo was EVERYWHERE on this burger and knowing how some people are, who knows what was done or put on this burger so he didn’t want it. Of course I said I would take it back and try to find something else for him to eat because it was about 10pm. Again another long wait to get to the window and I explained the situation and gave constructive criticism to the GM. I asked him to look at the sandwich and asked would he eat that, he couldn’t answer the question because he knew that was unacceptable and looked nasty. He stated that the teenagers were new and that’s why it’s slow. I asked him was the cook new too? I guess that hit a button because he completely stop processing the refund and said he was not going to give me one and he was going to call the police. He also slammed the window in my face so hard I thought the window was going to break. Whoaaaaa lol, that really tickled me. But he still didn’t ask me to pull up to serve the other customers behind me. Another 20 mins or more pass, lines backed up from angry customers and the police asked me what was going on and asked me to pull up. I did. The police officers were so nice and one went in to try to get me my refund. He came back out 10 mins later stating that he said I said the food was cold and I’ve been gone for 30 mins and he wasn’t giving me a refund. So the GM really lied (obstruction of government operations) to the police officer to basically steal money from my elderly disabled father because he has to try to prove a point and have some type of issue within himself and staff. The officers told me to go down the street to VP and they had good fresh food and to call cooperated Monday because they alway have issues at this location and cooperated will handle it. The funny thing about it was a caucasian lady pulled up beside us and asked was the officer there for her because she had an issue with the GM too and she thought they called the police on her. So I’m sure a lot of customer had cold, nasty, food with a side of very bad CS. We saw the officers there and they laughed and said I told you they have fresh good food.☺️ I called cooperated and the owner was rude to me (as if I was getting on her nerves) so I can see why the employees are like that. She issued my father a check for the food/money her GM tried to steal. Thanks for the inconvenience! This store needs to be shut down or need a whole new crew that knows how to handle simple CS.

I don’t usually eat Burger King. I was so hungry. I decided to stop at this Burger King. The services, and food was EXCELLENT.(Yes I am shouting). Everything was hot and fresh. The employees were polite, and friendly. Keep up the good job.

They don’t listen when you make your order at the drive thru. They ring you up for stuff you don’t order, won’t repeat the order back to you. So it takes forever to get it corrected. Always something with this location. The one in White Hall is a lot better.

Had a terrible experience at this one in Pine Bluff. We told them twice how we wanted our sandwiches . I specifically stated no lettuce, extra mayo, and cut in half please. When I got my sandwiches they were full of lettuce and no mayonnaise and didn’t cut in half. So they made me two more chicken sandwiches and they were good..

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and never even got recognized as being there. We finally left and went somewhere else.
There was only 2 tables filled and only a few at the drive-thru.
