I went inside to order. The donuts were very fresh. The staff were very friendly and greeted everyone that walked in. I also bought ice cream. The service was fast.

My first time here since they opened and what a disappointment. Wasn’t able to get ice cream because I’m not really sure? The worker said she couldn’t get me the flavor I wanted because someone else was getting ice cream from the same flavor. I told her I would wait and she said I couldn’t get it? But the container was almost completely full. So instead I ordered a sweet green tea. It tasted old. Like weeks old. I asked them for a new one or a different drink. The man who works there with green hair said “nothing I can really do about it” so I left. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I went not even a week ago and ordered a chai tea iced large. EASY ICE. The first time it was made the cup was full I had no issues with the taste or quality. I have never been to a place that tell me if I order easy ice I get less drink.
The only time that could happen is if you add extra stuff to the drink then they’ll give you less but I ordered a plain drink with easy ice. I spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. I get to the window and pay but none of the workers told me the second window was broken. There was no signage or anything to allow a customer to know that.
So I’m then told to go inside and pick up my food due to this issue. I go inside and this is what I see.
I’m not going to pay money for something I can’t even drink all of let alone a plain drink with nothing extra. I explain that I ordered the exact same thing a week ago and that it was much more full than this cup. The girl looked at me and said
“That’s how we do easy ice drinks”
Don’t waste your money here unless you’re getting donuts. Only good thing about this store. What a huge disappointment.

I usually NEVER have an issue with Dunks. I know this location just opened but there’s no reason for my coffee to taste like ashes and chemicals. Literally one of the worst coffees I’ve had in my life. I tried to get my husband to go back for a refund but he didn’t want to deal with it. Straight to the trash and a waste of money.

Went for the 1st time and will definitely be making it a continual stop. From the moment we walked it the store looked clean. Being able to see the bagels, muffins and donuts in the case was great. Having ice cream available to pick for myself or kiddos was all around fun and allowed us to be creative. For anyone looking to do something with kiddos, spouse or self I highly recommend. The staff were hands on and made sure we were treated professionally and accordingly.

I ordered a medium holiday cookie iced signature latte, two caramel creme frozen coffees (one large and one small) and a half dozen box, (two chocolate french crullers, two Boston cremes, and two glazed chocolates).
The service was very fast, I got my full order in less than 5 minutes which impressed me with how busy they were in the middle of the day.
The place was very clean, they had music playing, it wasn’t too loud or too quiet and overall the place was quite nice.

Stopped here while traveling back home, the line was not too bad, 2 cars Infront of me, but they took 13 minutes to take the guys order, when it was our turn to order we were put on a hold, not too bad about 4 minutes, we began to order no waffle cones, okay well do sugar, asked for cookies and cream, was put on another hold for employee to check if they had some in the back, no cookies and cream okay nvm well pull up to verify what they do have. We waited another 17 min to get to window ( mind you still only 2 cars infront) We finally got up to window girl asked what we had ordered, I told her nothing yet cause we wanted to be sure what they did have, she said, oh well now we can’t serve you your gonna have to go around. I asked why? We’ve waited almost 30 min she said, cause we can’t take orders at the window. I said ive waited a long time, can you not take it? She said, I’ll have to call the cops if you don’t move. I asked to speak to a manager and she proudly exclaimed it was her and her name was Elana. In my 11 year management experience I would of just took the order it was 2 cones how much more time consuming could that have been? We had already spend almost 30 min in idle wasting our gas and travel time. To make matters worse she kept making faces thru glass and pointing at us infromt of other customers.

When the line is full they really cut quality. Waited for 20 min in the drive through and got a trash coffee. employees need more training on drink making. Same price, you can go to Starbucks and get consistently
