They open at 5am
I walked over at 6.20, hoping to grab a quick take away donut. But the doors were locked. The staff saw me standing there, no acknowledgement whatsoever. All the while there’s a roaring trade in drive thrus. If that’s the way it is then put 5am cars only

We parked our vehicle and went inside Dunkin’ Donuts. As I got to the counter and I am trying to order a Medium coffee and old fashioned donots. but the men working inside put me on a hold to take order from drive thru. Really felt that we are not being prioritized as a customer. So we waited. After the man got done with drive thru, he finally took our orders. Staff service was Horrible. Their staff probably needs more training on customer service. But on the bright side, we love Dunkin’ Donuts. We love their coffee and donuts. This store looks like brand new built store. Great interior design.

More than 10 minutes to make one simple coffee. Incredible. Need faster employees. Skinny blondie chick took for ever. Shes not a new employee so no excuses. Always the same problem at this location and or they run out of food.

My daughter is so happy the inside is open again. This is our family treat at night. The young men and women who work here are always nice. They don’t always have everything but they rotate flavors pretty often so keep coming back. The kids work hard and make my daughter’s day with ice cream… But my waist suffers.

Horrible. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired. They never have hot fudge, they take forever, and as I said they are horrible with inventory- CONSISTENTLY. Don’t bother going to this location if you want nice cream.

Abhorrent service. Took ages to serve the mere two cars ahead. Didn’t even remember our simple order, tried to charge and serve us for the car behind us’ order instead.
It took 3-4 repeats of our order to get through to the associate, they kept repeating it back to us wrong. It was literally one coffee with two additions to it, simple.

Your typical Dunkin donuts place, but really lovely staff there, friendly and chatty and made our short stay there that much more nice. Which is definitely not something to be taken for granted.

Horrible customer service. The two young men were unhappy to be working and moving at a snail’s pace. He didn’t even get our donuts right for a dozen. They didn’t welcome anyone in and didn’t thank anyone for being there. Fortunately the donuts were good but with that kind of customer service I wouldn’t go back to wait for 15 -20min just to get some donuts. And the bathroom was disgusting. The sitting area was a mess and it was crazy hot inside.

We to the store at 9:30 pm the google says they are open until 10 pm the drive thru message said they were closed . Called them
And a fella answered said they closed in like 10 minutes at 9:45 pm confused. Because the drive thru said closed visit them at their regular hours . I understand people have to clean and what not . When I worked fast food etc we closed when we said then we cleaned and closed up what needed to be closed at end shift . I mean I only wanted a fruit green tea but I wasted gas thinking they would be open.
