So the other day I walked in in dunkin and as soon as I walked in, they said, hi, welcome in how’s your day going and smiled and waved at me. I got my drink as i’m ordering and the donuts.They were just so fresh. Even when looking understaffed, they did an amazing job 100%. Go back again. Your workers are amazing. ☄️ ⚱️✅️

Food is fine. Been stopping here for years, but staff has gone down hill the last few months. Nobody is friendly and if anything, seem aggrivated you are there. My order has been messed up twice recently. Staff used to be a good reason to stop here.
I literally opened my order, right after rev 1 of this post and see that they only hit 10 donuts out of 12 for this $17 dozen of donuts that was supposed to be for my office.

I am a night shift nurse. We love our caffeine, especially on night shift. I go to Dunkin on my way to work and over the last month I get room temp coffee!!! It’s disappointing. Last night was it for me…. cold, room temp coffee again. Waste of money. I now go to Starbucks. I spent $12 in coffee b/c once again the coffee was cold.

Went last week to get breakfast sandwiches through the drive thru. Service was fine and quick. However, the sandwich were half cold like out of the refrigerator cold. Like only half got heated up so only partially edible. This our second time going here & had the same issue the 1st time a year or so a go.

Had saw that on the app that there was a cereal milk latte, so I decided to go and try it out. When I pulled up to the speaker to order the sign still said they had the cereal milk latte, when I tried to order it, I was immediately given attitude about how that drink had been discontinued, I was unaware that it had been discontinued as their driver thru still had it on their menu as well as the app. I continued to order and after every single item I order, I received nothing but attitude from whoever was at the speaker box. I don’t care what kind of day you have or what’s going on inside, don’t take it out on customers. I will not be returning to this location because simply trying to order 3 items is now a hassle for anyone taking orders. If you don’t like your job, then quit, but it doesn’t give you the right to take it out on customers. Absolutely horrible treatment.

Not impressed in this Duncan donuts! Walked in to order a dozen donuts and walked out after seeing all of the disgusting flies all over the donuts!! That’s so unsanitary and this place should not have flies sitting all over the donuts! It was so gross! I wanted to call the health department! Makes me wonder what the back looks like! Don’t go here! It’s not clean and there are flies all over the food!

Picked up donuts for the crew at the Dunkin Downuts. Store was clean and fresh, the service was fast and friendly, and the donuts are always the best!!

Ordering a dozen doughnuts means you’ll only get 10. Not too bad other than that. They also often mess up orders.
