First and last visit. Terrible service, attitudes with all the workers and not even knowing their own menu. Our order was wrong 3 times and they were gross about it. Nothing was stocked for customers to use. When we need to order or ask a question employees would just walk right past us making eye contact but no acknowledgment. Hire people that actually enjoy in customer service not just work there for a paycheck. Definitely won’t go back

Quick stop to tame a sweet cravings right after watching a movie. Location was nice..no traffic & not busy.. that being said, the person who took our order was friendly as he assisted us with our order of 6 donuts. The price was a little steep for half a doz, but that’s inflation for you. My only concern was that my donut (jelly filled) was hard, because it wasn’t fresh. The 2nd situation was the counter help might have been new, bc they were trying to charge us again for our order. Good thing we received the receipt as proof of our transaction.

Waited in the drive thru the staff hadn’t even spoke to or addressed the car Infront of me keep in mind there were no other cars in front and no one in line at the counter. I waiting for a few minutes before I decided to park and just go in where I also stood at the counter and not a single person even came up and still had not answered drive thru as they were just arguing with each other. This is the worst dunks I have ever been to and will not be coming back if I could give 0 I would keep in mind I have worked for dunks in other states so I am aware how it’s supposed to go.. had they even acknowledged me to say I’ll be right with you it would have made a world of difference..

So, the coffee, sandwiches and donuts were excellent, staff were friendly and accomodating. We decided to stay in the dining area, which quickly turned bad. Whenever they would make a lotte or other drink, the noise from the machines was deafening, subtracted significantly from the ambiance and joy. Could barely hear others speaking, left before we started to get headaches, very disappointed
