I live closer to two other Dunkin’ locations, but I will always drive the extra distance to this one because of Layla. No one makes the avocado toast like she does! It’s consistently perfect every single time. Layla and the rest of the team here provide excellent, friendly service that actually makes your day better. Great food, great coffee, and even better people. I’ll happily keep coming back for many days to come!

They have space to seat inside, unfortunately there is no chairs you most seat outside by the trash can, coffe taste like sugar and water, very disappointing , plus some unfiltered coffe dust in the bottom of my cup

Dunkin’ is disgusting.
They served me burnt, old food that tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil.
I talked to the manager and even contacted corporate. Nobody cared. They were more worried about not giving a refund than fixing the fact they served trash.
This place is nasty, lazy, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or cleanliness. Do yourself a favor—go anywhere else.

Visited the location on 11/12, The young girl with the glasses Viola clearly has an issue. I would like to start by saying she is disrespectful because she was holding out my sandwich & my drink and she placed it on the counter two separate times when I went to reach. She charged me for a dome lid, every little thing, she charged me. I go to Dunkin at least twice each week FOR YEARS & more during the fall & winter and I’ve NEVER EVER had to pay extra For what she charged for. I literally pay extra on 3 different items. It’s almost as she was receiving a commission. It seemed personal & the other employees seemed clueless about what she was doing. Also, I’ve been here before and was never charged extra. But I can bet you, I will not be back. Viola ruined it.

Coffees was terrible, beans have been roasted to much leaving a terrible burned flavor on both my cup and my wife’s cup. Since they are a separate franchise. This one doesn’t offer military discounts. I suggest going here instead if you are near by. 12655 Tomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77086

Had visited one location and they didn’t have the drink I wanted so came here. Got Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and it was pretty good. Also got Avocado Toast, but it was not quite what I expected; the avocado didn’t taste like fresh avocado. Service was fast and friendly. Fine experience here.

Dunkin only has a few locations that make their donuts in-store, the rest get them made in advance and ship them in chilled, which basically taste like several days-old. The positive side, they still has fantastic coffees with that unique taste Dunkin fans know all too well!

I’m gonna start by saying this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to that I liked. I am gonna leave some critical feedback because I’m a little bit stressed about this tiny detail.
Whenever I put in my order for Dunkin’ Donuts, I pay extra for cold foam and by the time I get my drink, I assume that it was like melted or something I got tired of asking them to add more cold foam.
Today I placed my order and waited, and it was still the same amount of cold foam. Almost nonexistent.
Can we please get something done about this paying extra for cold foam and receiving this is just unacceptable numerous times.
