Had an awesome first ever visit at Dunkin. The drive through worker was super friendly and had the cutest earings! The frozen caramel coffee is definitely my new favorite thing and honestly outranks the Starbucks caffeine levels!

Super nice workers. Had a duncan donuts in town we lived in before and had glazed chocolate cake & loved them. The ones in Nac basically had no glaze. So dry and boring. Also had “filled” donut with maybe a teaspoon of filling. Only on last bite. If workers weren’t so nice, would have rated lower.

Lord Jesus my husband got cut going into the bathroom. Says touch light on wall but need to hold door open for light. Same as girls rest rooms and the touch light is so dim you can’t see. My husband literally is bleeding and the response is “yea it’s been like that for a while not sure why management hasn’t fixed it yet” maybe y’all should close restrooms or fix. People shouldn’t bleed getting a coffee.. no management on duty no shift leader either. And trust me we asked

I used to love Dunkin but this last Sunday morning around 7am I went in to get doughnuts which is usually the big doughnut day for most people around here. Taking doughnuts to church or events early in the AM. Well the doughnuts were old, dry, and just plain gross. I guess I will have to find a new place to get my doughnuts out of the dozens of choices around here Im sure I will find someone who cares about making a good product in the area.

Haven’t been back since they messed up drive thru order of the 2 for 2 croissants and 2 medium black coffees after other previous attempts both trying to get donuts and coffee. Owner needs to get the coffee game up cause nobody in Nac can run on Dunkin with that lil drive thru set up!

Only issue I have is every time I get my snacking bacon it never has the seasoning on it. I would understand if I was adding something to it but the bacon is literally advertised with it. I come in once a week and always have to ask for the seasoning on the bacon.

The first thing this employee said to me when she greeted me was how aggravating and annoying the person in the drive through was. Who knows what she told the next person that came through the drive-thru about me. I ordered a fudge chocolate shake and was told 5 minutes after ordering but they did not have fudge. then I was told that I would have to pick a different flavor ice cream. I have now been in the store for 30 minutes almost and still not gotten my order. The customers are arguing about a squeegee and not for helping me very much. This place needs a major attitude change. Also the place is terribly dirty even though I’m the only person in the store. They’re dead slow for a reason. Come here at your own risk.

It’s hilarious that this company requires doordashers to come inside when they aren’t even capable of having orders ready on time. Once the finally do get the order ready, they’re missing half the items, and put the responsibility on us to call the customer instead of doing it themselves. They also don’t bother to request us to come inside in their instructions. I hope you realize we don’t work for you. We are contractors, and if you tell me I can’t use the drive through, I will simply let the order time out, I will unassign it, and I will then leave. When asking why I unassigned, I will indicate that it’s because this merchant refused to give me the order. I am completely convinced that for whatever reason, Dunkin’ has intentionally taken steps to provide an agonizing experience for delivery contractors in every way possible. I will gladly return the favor by making Dunkin’s experience with me extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I simply refuse to have corporate burdens and issues out on my shoulders, and I simply will not absorb this companies issues for them.

I have never had a problem with Dunkin Donuts until today. I went around lunch time to get a medium iced coffee and first of all I was greeted in a rude way second of all as I was ordering I was interrupted by a female employee who yelled at me and said that they only had a small. I completely understand when a company runs out of supplies but she could have had said it in a polite way.

What do you say to a jelly donut with NO jellY? I don’t know. I think I will let you be the judge. My husband order munchkins – specifically asked for no powder munchkins…. But got 5 and no jelly munchkins. Again NO Jelly . Ugh!
