They truly take care of their customers and make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that is this positive and attentive every single visit. You can never go wrong with Dunkin Donuts in West Monroe! Their donuts, coffee, and other breakfast menu items are all delicious! Shout out to the morning crew for being top notch and having the BEST customer service! Most of them already know my order by heart. My donuts are always cold. Never taste fresh! And today, the drive through worker was not nice and polite. Definitely staying away from this place. I do not understand the hype built around dunkin donuts. To me the donuts, even the plain glazed, taste like they’re frozen donuts, heated once in the morning and left to sit out and get cold. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous.Today was my last trip to this place. I’ll stick to the smaller donut shops that keep hot fresh donuts on hand.

This is an amazing place where the leadership and management is amazing. Dunkin’ Donuts really put something together here where people love to come from all backgrounds. I really appreciate that. The staff gets people from all sorts of cultures and backgrounds and races and people of color and all other people are welcoming, nice and caring to all staff members and treat them all with respect and kindness and care And make sure that everyone is welcome not just a customers from all sorts of backgrounds such as color, skin age and race, but also that the employees are also welcome no matter what diagram they come from and are treated equally and fairly, and they are given respect and kindness and good opportunities regardless of their background the management and leadership does a excellent jobfor making this happen. Thank you so much for a fast quick service and always being kind and respectful to people of all background, you guys are awesome. This is stellar place run by some stellar leadership and management.
