Dunkin’ isn’t normally anyone’s go-to place to grab dinner after shoveling snow in a church parking lot for two hours, but I had a couple good coupons to use, so I decided to reward myself with something nice and cheap. I had a pleasant interaction with the barista and decided to buy Dunkin’s Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and a medium latte (yeah, I know, “Breakfast for dinner!?”. I didn’t care.) The total came out to be $5.38, and I had a quiet time munching down and reinvigorating myself with my meal. The sandwich was crunchy, savory, and tangy with it’s well-toasted bread, spices, and bacon. As for the latte, I could taste a mild intensity from the espresso, and the foam provided a decent velvety and soothing experience. Moving over to the interior and atmosphere of the place, it was close to closing time, so there was barely anyone there. The tables and seats were clean, and I remember some music being played, but nothing stood out. If you’re someone who is on a tight budget and wants to grab a quick simple meal, I would give this place a try.

They never have any donuts. How do you arrive at 10a on a Friday and you have no donuts? Make more. I ordered a glazed donut and I got holes. I ordered hashbrowns and they gave me bagel bites? I want a refund but no response. It’s time to stop buying dunkin.

It seems as though this location has really gone down hill, especially recently. I went this morning (6/12) and ordered 4 donuts, 2 double chocolate and 2 chocolate sprinkle. I also ordered 10 cinnamon munchkins. The person taking the order started to take my order, then said, “hold on” and no one came back for about 3 to 4 minutes. Someone came back and retook my order. I get my order all in one small bag, the munchkins at the bottom and the 4 donuts with chocolate just thrown on top with chocolate everywhere, including the outside of the bag. I get home and take it all out and there was so much chocolate on the inside of the bag that some of the donuts didn’t have any chocolate on them. I understand that finding help these days is hard, but this was bad. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere from now on, considering my last few experiences over the last 3 to 4 months hasn’t been great.

I’ve had so many issues with DD as a whole, so I started going to Sbucks. Well, my son likes the spider donuts so I ordered him one on the app 3 different times at the 36th st location just to arrive and be told that they have none. When I went to this location they were also almost out but Jesse tried to make it right and even put together a spider donut for us last minute which was super cool and how customer service should be. I just wish the app was updated with was was out of stock so I wasn’t constantly wasting my time driving there for nothing. Thank you Jesse!

I do not visit often, maybe 1-3 times a year max. With that said I have not memorized the donut menu, nor should I have to. The sign placement for the selection of donuts is poor decision making for the convenience of your customers, which I will assume you want a good experience for all of your customers, both new and returning. I briefly noticed this sign driving through and up to the order speaker. I didn’t think much of it as surely there will be another sign like it to be able to place my order with ease. Nope, there is not. There are a few donuts listed on the main board but not all of them. This made the ordering process extremely difficult and clearly irritating for the person taking my order. I did try to google the donut menu on my phone to place my order, which I should not have to do. When googling it I found many different pictures of Dunkin’ Donuts. So, this was not all that helpful. I did ask about the sign and why it’s places so far from where the order is placed, to which I got an irritated look and answer. This was just a completely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Yes, I did drive all the way back around to get this photo of your sign placement. Hopefully management can move the sign near the speaker to avoid more bad customer experiences so people with be happy and want to return.

I ordered a scrambled breakfast bowl loaded, it came out cold, no eggs and seem like 2 days old. Not very happy starting my morning off at 5:30 to bite into cold nasty food.

OMG it seems everytime I come to this location either they make a mess of my drinks or they get the order wrong !! Missing items again asked for cream cheese on the side. Order bacon and cheese wrap and got something entirely different? Not to mention that my matacha drink looks like it threw up on its self! Disappointed ☹️

I have never had an issue with this location! But I will say that I wish Apple Maps took me the correct way, it always wants to take me left at the light VS right. Luckily I have made the trip enough times that I know at this point to turn the other direction.
