Great location and enough space for parking. They serve great coffee and a lot of delicious donuts. Also, this shop has a lot of coffee mugs. These are very nice. The shop is very clean and hygienic. The store isn’t that big, but the counters and tables are always cleaned. The shop assistants are all very friendly and helpful. Freshly baked breakfast and freshly brewed coffee are very delicious. I am not sure that we can eat or not. Those tables were always empty. I never saw someone had eaten in here. I recommend this shop! I will come back to this stop soon.

my boyfriend and I had a pickup order and the woman at the window seems very annoyed. we asked for a pup cup for our dog and she told us they were too busy so we’d have to pay. we told her we don’t mind paying at all! she told us they were too busy and we could not get one. too busy to put whip cream in a cup? too busy to provide the customer with the product/service they are asking to pay for? terrible customer service. terrible attitude.

Great location and easy to get to you. The drive-through is very busy so I decided to go inside. It was very comfortable and options. I did up getting a pumpkin cold brew and a hot pumpkin coffee. I walked away with her and a great experience. The staff was very nice and very quick. I recommend getting there before 9 AM for the best selection of donuts.

Coworkers and I occasionally order door dash Dunkin’ here in MHK. This morning was quite disappointing. We have had some previous order mishaps before but they seemed minor, today was different. I ordered an iced mocha latte and asked for less ice just because I like lighter ice. When receiving my drink I was shocked to find my M size drink only 3/4 of the way full. Very disappointed!! Did I receive less drink because I asked for less ice? For $6 that’s not right.

Best ice coffee and donuts here at Manhattan. Coffee has a lot of different taste in one cup, totally a little bit bitter, but it is a donuts shop, best combo.

Seriously, just stop doing the online orders if you can’t even update it. You have people waste time and gas making them think you have something just so they can get all the way up there and told you DONT have it. It’s crazy how you run out of the average glazed donut by 10 am and don’t even let anybody know until they get there, especially after ordering online.

I understand making mistakes on orders it happens. But when I order avacodo toast with bacon on a day with no one else at the drive through I expect bacon or atleast avacodo on my toast. I get home and I have paid five dollars for a slice of toast with nothing on it and ate it because it’s a fifteen minute drive back. Thanks for nothing and terrible service. Will not be returning.
