I had the worst breakfast sandwich at a Dunkin ever recently. I looked like it had been sitting there for hours instead of being freshly made. They also screwed up our order and forgot to put in the Wake-Up Wraps. So, we had to go back.

She treated us with nothing but kindness and made sure we had everything we needed before we left that drive thru line. I ordered a strawberry coolata that was sour and unsweetened. The ticket on the cup showed 2 pumps of strawberry syrup which I believe is the standard for the size, because I did not as for any customizations. There was nothing sweet or enjoyable about this drink. Every now and then I’ll visit this location hoping to have a good experience, but quality always seems to be off with drinks at this specific location. I would have had them remake it, but I was already in Saint Robert and didn’t want to return on base just to go through the drive through again. Be sure to taste your drinks first before leaving this place in order to avoid a poor quality control issue.

The crap these associates put up with is unreal. Every time I go in I’m behind some rude, entitled jerks that take 25 minutes to choose donuts, get grumpy over no military discount and have generally crappy attitudes. The associates always keep it professional, idk how they do it.
My coffee is always good, the donuts are delish, even later on in the day, the associates are kind and quick and the seating area is clean. Can’t ask for much more than that!

They left me very disappointed. Almost all donuts I had asked for they were out, the ones we did end up getting were a sorry excuse for a donut. We got a Long-Jon which had minimal icing that didn’t even cover the top. I specifically asked for 2 donuts without sprinkles, when they gave me both with sprinkles I tried to send them back and specifically said again no sprinkles. To my disappointment they brought ones with sprinkles. This was the second day in a row this happened. Their coffee is also bland and tasteless.

They’ve been out of espresso for two weeks now. Can’t even order a drink unless it’s coffee or cold brew(theirs absolutely SUCKS). Only time I come through and have been devastated that I can’t order a latte or macchiato or something absolutely better than their other drinks. There’s only been 1-2 people that actually like their job and do everything they can to make you feel great if you come through during early morning hours.
