I’m pretty sure the employees think making donuts at a donut shop is optional. No matter what time you go through or what you order, they tell you they don’t have it. “this item is not avaible at this location” and its just a cake donut with sprinkles. If you order online, they will throw whatever they want in the bag and just completely ignore whatever you picked telling you they didn’t have those items, just a bunch of these stale donut holes. Unless you want mediocre coffee, don’t bother.

You can only go through the drive thru and the intercom is very scratch and the people are extremely hard to understand at the window let alone at the intercom. The menu is missing most items, getting in and out of there is a nightmare. The food is good though. I don’t find that the food is good enough for the very high price. I won’t return.

I went through the drive-through to order donuts and found they also had avocado & roasted tomato toast. The donut order came out perfectly. Did you know they have pumpkin donuts now? They smell heavenly! The avocado & roasted tomato toast was decadently delicious!

Been coming here the past week to order a large hot chocolate. Everytime I open the cup it’s always 3/4 full so I always have to tell them at the window to fill it up cause I ordered a large but they always give me medium size serving. Today at the drive thru, I told them to fill up the cup all the way to the rim. The manager stared at me in an extremely rude behavior and wanting to memorize my face. Some of their workers cannot understand English specially the one guy that takes orders and will get your order wrong.
Once they give you the item and you tell them that’s not what you ordered. Then they will rudely say “Well we already made it.”
So, you’re the one who can’t understand English and get my order wrong but I’m supposed to pay the food I didn’t order. This location just need to go back to the old crew where everyone are friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We came the day they opened a couple hours later: it went smoothly but you could tell the donuts were rushed to be made, but wasn’t bad tasting just didn’t look the best.
Came again days later in the early am: tried to order some items off the all day hires told wasn’t available, so ended up ordering donuts and a tea.

The food and drinks normally taste great! However, I’ve ordered donuts many times and somehow I keep getting donuts with someone else’s hair in them. This is frustrating. Other than that the customer service is good but the line is pretty slow.

Just went for the first time. The workers are very kind and helpful. Loved the chai tea. And the . I would recommend everyone to check them out. Also be polite to workers at any place. Kindness matters. My mom is diabetic so she only had half the one. Thank you. I also ordered ahead.
