I have visited this location many times and have never had a bad visit. I typically only order the iced caramel macchiato and it is always perfect. When my kids are with me we’ll stray from that particular order but they’ve always enjoyed their drinks as well. The staff there has always been super friendly with me as well. I will most certainly continue to visit this establishment many times over.

I have never been to a better Dunkin’s! Every person who takes my order has been nothing but amazing and sweet. The drinks are always made the correct way and taste amazing. I have tried many Dunkin’s and this is by far the best!

This location exudes incompetence, and the building appears to need various renovations. One of the employees was heard saying, “I’m done with people today” which seems problematic given this is a food service establishment, relying on interpersonal interactions and customer service. Despite buying several items, no bag to carry the food and drinks was initially offered until a request was made. The napkin dispenser was also empty and when employees were asked if there were any napkins available, an employee with short black hair and tattoos stated, “no we don’t have napkins.” Cute. The urinal in the men’s bathroom also did not work and the women’s bathroom had a toilet in various pieces lying on the floor.

Terrible. I got an avocado toast with bacon and not only was there no bacon but there was a raw piece of bacon in the container covered in poppyseeds. They didnt put in any of the 3 extra Expresso shots they charged me for and didn’t give me a receipt. Didn’t get to get it fixed as I was on my way to work and they don’t answer the phone number listed

5 tater tots , croissant was rock hard, cup was half empty, and drive through operator was rude. Only good thing about this experience was the good feeling of seeing my gf pay for the people behind her while having a bad day herself. Come on guys, do better than that!

Thieves my mother went there this morning to get avocado toast they promptly charged her for it then after they took her money they told her o we don’t have any avocado toast. So my mom asked for her money back they refused stating they can’t give refunds so when my mom asked for the manager they said o she’s not her and refused to give my mother any way to get ahold of any higher ups. So in short they will take your money for products they don’t have then refuse to give you back your money for the product they charged you for that they don’t have. So don’t go to these Thieves. would give 0 stars if able

Good coffee, donuts, and breakfast items. The service is sometimes slow, but I think they try their best. The store is frequently missing things (pieces of lights, sign pieces, etc ), so that impacts the rating for me. If these items that the customer can see are like this, it makes me wonder a little about what we can’t see.
