I look forward to seeing one of the DD Jacksonville team members at the drive thru window when I’m on my way to work. The team is always super friendly. I had a hankering for an apple cider doughnut. Since we are miles from an orchard, I decided to try Dunkin. The cider doughnut is delicious, as were the chocolate iced Long John’s. Service was excellent. Thank you!

Got an egg and cheese on a croissant (apparently no bagels at 8:30am on a Saturday) and the cheese and middle of the egg were still very cold. The croissant was cooked perfect though. It was a busy Saturday and the lady in front of me was being a pain in the ahh, so I get it, but still. Everyone was super friendly and the service was very quick, but the sandwich was mostly inedible. Big bummer.

I have never been to Dunkin before and this was a good experience. I got a French vanilla iced coffee and my dad got donuts. The coffee was amazing and the donuts were also good.

Visited this afternoon. Coffee was great and the service was fast. But the store was filthy, I saw a spill someone had just placed napkins on top of, there wasn’t a table that didn’t have crumbs on it and I overheard two employees poking fun at a coworker who they suspected to have autism. They stated the coworker was “extremely weird” and used a slur. I was supposed to be meeting a friend there but decided to order his coffee as well and meet up elsewhere. My son has autism and I was appalled to hear such abilist language from the employees.

The lady in the drive thru couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. She got 2 or our 3 drinks right. Instead of a hot coffee she gave us a frozen drink. We didn’t want to make others behind us angry by making them make a new drink.

Donuts were okay. But the fresh coffee was so strong I couldn’t drink it, unfortunately. Maybe with ALOT more cream and sweetener…? However, staff/waitress behind the counter and the service was excellent even though they were busy. And the hash browns were good too.
