Stopped by this Dunkin’ to pick up a couple dozen assorted donuts. The line was long, but it moved quickly. The woman who helped me was pleasant and made sure to double-check my order so everything was right. I didn’t have to wait long, and the donuts were fresh and delicious.

I love DD, it’s one of my favorite places for coffee but unfortunately, Effingham’s location has gone down hill. I can say they always seem to have workers, which is amazing. I love that teenagers have the will and want to work but the quality isn’t there. They don’t pay attention to their orders and just give whatever. My $52 order today, of my family of 4, was either wrong or I didn’t get anything. They weren’t even that busy either. They lost my order and questioned if I even paid, as I have the receipt in my hand. My mistake on not checking the bag, as I usually do, but as I was down the road a bit, my sandwich wasn’t correct and I didn’t receive my two donuts that I asked and paid for. This hasn’t been my first experience nor have I really had a good one in a while, but I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and the company more chances but Effingham, please do better. Also, I never see an adult or a manager ever around. These kids are always left high and dry, which seems odd.

Effingham, Illinois dunkn is the worst dunkn I have ever been to. I am a long time and loyal customer. I have been to many different locations, even in different states. I am an avid coffee drinker and go to dunkn nearly every day, sometimes twice a day.
My visit to the Effingham location today was awful. I ordered ahead on the app, it took over 20 minutes for the employees to get 4 cars through the drive thru. When we finally got to the window, they had the order wrong, and forgot my bacon avocado toast. When we told them, they had very bad attitudes about it. They gave me the toast after another 15 minutes of waiting, and it was wrong. They forgot the bacon, we told them, they took it back and threw a few pieces of nasty maple bacon on it that looked not all the way cooked. The toast was burned and they didn’t get the spread on one corner at all. They were very rude about it, it took over 40 minutes to get away from the window. There were half a dozen vehicles behind me waiting in line. At one point I watched an employee go out to their vehicle and grab a cigarette. This is the second time in a week that I have had extremely poor and rude service. I attached a picture of the toast that they gave me. I had to throw it away after paying for it and waiting nearly 40 minutes.

This Dunkin’ is located inside the TA, and it’s a great stop. The employees are very nice and friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh and delicious. Definitely a good place to grab a coffee on the road!

Gotta love the staff here. They are so friendly, especially early in the morning. I take my coffee black so I can’t really speak to the quality of their fancier concoctions. But, their donuts are on point and their croissant sandwiches are perfect.

This Dunkin donuts was really good everything was so fresh and tasty. They just put a Dunkin by my house in Manvel Texas and it’s bad stale donuts the service is ridiculous more kids playing around behind the counter then adults and management doesn’t care.

Situated inside the TA travel center adjacent to TA’s restaurant and Popeyes. This place has plenty of dining space, but the service was a little slow. It wasn’t much because of the line; but rather because of the drive-tru usually get prioritized. I noticed the price here is much higher than the DK I first visited in Kankakee couple hours prior on my trip.

I asked for the entire pot to brew before getting my coffee and it fell on dead ears . It was super bitter and tasted burnt. Literally tipped the pot to get my coffee as it was brewing. If I wanted Starbucks I would have went there. So as I say something about the coffee the girls laughed. Well lost customer and bad reviews, keep laughing girls you’ll laugh yourself right out of jobs.

I went here Sunday Morning October 5th about6:20 am. Ordered sausage egg & cheese bagel with tater totes and hot coffee with cream only. Sadly to say that was the most terribly prepared breakfast I have ever had. First sausage egg and cheese bagel was so overcooked it was hard as a rock then the potato tots tasted like they’ve been soaking in grease all night and we’re also burnt and to top it off the cup of hot coffee was not hot and it was almost pure cream with some kind of sweetener. Very disappointed

Stopped in for donuts got munchkins because very slim selection at this store paid for them on first taste not fresh at least a day old if not longer worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever had and as a truck driver been to many!!
