I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received this fine Wednesday morning. The workers were so disrespectful, yelling at me through the drive thru and not being friendly. First of all I ordered a vanilla long-john that had the slightest bit of icing on it, and it was dry. Second of all, I ordered a medium caramel and french vanilla coffee with cream and liquid sugar, but somehow ended up with a caramel, vanilla, and lava cake coffee…..

This is the worst Dunkin we have experienced after numerous cross country travels over the years between us collectively. This morning my wife tried to get two coffees, a sandwich, and a tin of munchkins. The person at the counter said the machines were down and all we could have was iced, okay fine, it happens, but no thank you. She then didn’t want to refund them and gave my wife the runaround until management got involved. She also tried to not give her the munchkins tin we ordered, but luckily she was smart enough to check first, and the girl reluctantly handed her one. I know it’s a small town, but WOW.

Picked up two hot chocolates, they were so hot we couldn’t sip till they cooled down a little. About 15 mins away found out they taste like sugar water. Terrible!! It’s not like we live near Canton, we were just passing through town. I had placed a mobile order, you’d think they could have sent me a credit or canceled my charge but nope, just out of luck.

I have tried to order this drink with the pink and yellow recipe 3 days in a row. (Except one day I added 1 pump of cinnam) Again today. So very far off from what I literally verbatim the picture asked for. I was also told today they couldn’t do receipts after I sat in drive through and waited for it for extra time. I realize everyone has to start some where with a new job but that is not and excuse for literally pushing out the window the wrong orders and not trying to talk to the people at the window and try to fix it. They just walk off and say I dont know. Honestly every time I’ve had a male wait on menat this location they are never curtious. Like they are mad to be there. Their prices are decent for the sizes. A plus is that you will always get the quality of food dor the prices you pay. But will someone tell me why the plain glazed doughnuts always taste like they are day old? Good luck to you and your next drive through experience.

We stop by for a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee and our favorite donuts. We like their Boston cream donut which is a donut filled with Boston cream (sort of a vanilla pudding inside) with chocolate frosting. That is my husband’s favorite donut. The Boston cream donut for the month of February they are heart shaped instead of their normal round shaped.
Our other favorites are their raspberry filled jelly donut, their blueberry cake donut ( has a glaze topping) and my favorite double chocolate donut. (chocolate cake with chocolate frosting) Yummy

I ordered a mango smoothie….this was the monstrosity handed to me . I decided to be brave a take a sip…terrible mistake . I cannot believe something like this would even be handed out the window. I, personally, would be embarrassed if I worked at a coffee shop and handed drinks like this out.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us. We pulled up to the window and sat for another 10 minutes. Our order of a small iced coffee and 1 glazed donut sat on the table ready to go the entire time we sat at the window. While waiting I watched the female worker with blue hair that was taking orders rub her eyes, face, neck and hair and then she proceeded to make orders for the cars behind us. We left without the order and will not be returning.
