The food was amazing! I’ve been here multiple times and it has been quality every time. My favorite is the spicy tempura roll and the Gan Pang Chicken and my wife’s favorites are the California Roll and the Yaki Chicken with Udon noodles. I definitely make sure to stop in whenever I’m around this area!

The salmon roll was grocery store level. Pad Thai also not recommended here, just not proper. The Gan Pang dishes, pork bulgogi and chicken katsu are the better options and were pretty good.

Came here when it was super cold out for dinner. The heater had unfortunately broke so it was chilly inside but the owner (I assume) was more than courteous and kind.
Very generous and provided us with extra food to compensate for the cold which was completely unnecessary but appreciated.
We ended up getting to try the crab rangoon, gyoza, miso soup, soon doo boo, veggie fried rice, and 3 sushi rolls.

Despite there being less servers, we still got food in a timely manner and it was all delicious!
Very excited to come back just for the amazing service!

Bonsai is your new sushi spot. It checks every box for no-nonsense sushi. Made-to-order, fresh ingredients, a welcoming staff – what else are you looking for?

Are you like me and tired of endlessly scrolling the apps for a “$2 deal” and ending up with hit-or-miss sushi? Me too. Bonsai will fix that.

Service could have been a bit more prompt especially with the bill, but staff was friendly to children and the food was excellent. The Seaweed salad and tofu Jim were quite good. We also had the tempura veggies which were good, but when isn’t fried stuff tasty? We had a couple vegetarian sushi rolls which were great as well.

A small and cozy korean restaurant and one of the best in Columbus, we tried variety of dishes and never had so authentic Japanese and Korean food in US. Bibimbop was the best dish along with some delicious sushi rolls. Must try !

Pad Thai was good the first time, second time the chicken tasted like it was just microwaved. Hot pot was delicious and sushi is always great there. I don’t recommend the calamari dish but other sea food dishes are good. I’ve been there multiple times and the owners are very sweet.

I absolutely loved the Sunday morning sushi. I will be back whenever I get back to Columbus. And the plum wine is the best I’ve had in a long time. We loved what we ordered!

My granddaughter Kaylin and I went 1:30 pm on a Wednesday and they were moderately busy. All the tables were clean and it was about 3 minutes before we received menus. Food prices were reasonable and food quality was excellent. Atmosphere was adorable and a large Pokémon ceramic cat sat on counter. Food was hot (temperature) and hot kimchi on side. My granddaughter loves Sushi California style and she loved it and ordered one more. They have everything you crave in Chinese, Japanese and Thai. Check out their menu online.

This special little restaurant is well worth seeking out. On my first visit I had Dol Sot bibimbap that was very authentic, fresh, and delicious. This version is served in a steaming hot stone bowl.

On my second visit, I asked the chef to make a Korean/Japanese dish I would order when I lived in South Korea. It’s called Hwe Dup Bap, which means “fish over rice“. It is very similar to the Poke options that are now available around town.

Not only was I glad to have him make it for me specially, the result was terrific and a bittersweet reminder of a memorable time in my life. I am so so grateful and will gladly return again.!
