If I could give less than a 1 star review I would! I have NEVER received good service. Sunday morning we went through the drive at 9 am. They forgot part of the order. We drove around and went in, and met with attitude. Rude staff. They got nasty, so we got nasty back. Girl said she did not have to wait on us. First of all, you got our order wrong at the drive. You ALREADY had our money. Hateful staff.

Super disappointed with our experience today. I love Dunkin’ coffee and come here multiple times a week, however the service is EXTREMELY slow most times. It takes an upwards of 30 mins at times to get a coffee, you will sit at the speaker and be told to wait for I am not kidding 10 mins just to other your drink. Today however was the worst, I ordered a Charli cold foam and my husband had an iced coffee..they handed us our drinks and his looked like water with a tinge of brown and my charli COLD FOAM had no foam..when I told them I had the cold foam they said yeah that’s what that is…then they took the drink and just added a smidgen of foam on top. My husband said his coffee tastes extremely watered down. I am highly dissatisfied as if I’m going to spend $5+ per coffee and wait 30 minutes I would expect it to at least be correct.

It was pretty good and well kept. The food was good I got the hashbrowns the had a good flavor and were crispy. I went in and the employees were very nice. It has seating options if you want to dine in. I also got a glased donut it was very good with nice and dense dought the glase on it gave it a nice sweetness. The hashbrowns do tase good with ketchup. Overall I would come again.

Customer service was absolute garbage…they need people in there that actually kinda like their job…they also like to park sideways in the front parking taking up multiple spaces up, which should be left for the customers, not the employees.

This is what I got when I was extremely hungry and craving for egg n cheese croissant. Is this how your store works? I understand that mistakes happen, but that doesn’t mean you can go ahead and serve them to customers. You would have instead made me wait for a fresh one in that case. I wouldn’t mind waiting for fresh and tasty food. I had no time to return and order a new one. Please don’t serve this kinda food to your customers. Unless if they are hungry, they don’t come to any food stores, so respect that when you are serving food. When mistakes happen plz make customers wait to make a new one, and I am sure ppl would agree with me in this.

The service here is excellent—particularly the folks who work the drive-through window. No matter how busy it gets, they stay calm and take the time to tell me to have a good day, exchange pleasantries, and generally help me to feel like a human. (Please note that I DO NOT THINK that this is the job of service workers. They have a thousand things to do at any given moment, so it’s extra special when they can spare a second to talk about glow-in-the-dark nail polish.) I know it’s only fast food, but at this particular Dunkin’, it’s also an incredible comfort. Thank you. <3

They need better service. Over the counter service is slower than drive thru. I love their Baskin Robins ice cream. Little pricey. Need to improve customer service.

I’ve been in the establishment multiple times waiting on service while I see employees on cell phones. Others have walked right by not even acknowledging I’m there waiting. I came in to get a plain cup of coffee and they didn’t even have any brewed. I hope their service changes so that a good review can be left in the future.
So I decided to give the place another chance. Walked in late morning and stood at the counter for 3 minutes with no employee in sight. There were only 2 other customers that were seated/eating. Although, once 3 employees emerged, the staff was friendly. Coffee had a slight burnt taste. Every table but one had crumbs on it. Almost every table wobbled badly which I understand isn’t the end of the world but is very annoying. Still not impressed.
