Used to come here all the time, not even worth paying now. Only two people can speak English nobody else can. Even the ones who speak it or understand mess everything up everytime . Not trying to be a racist. But get good English speakers. Not the employees fault. Learn to hire better.

Having just recently visited Silvis for some Ice Cream after work earlier this week, I wanted to visit the town again for something else. I’d had breakfast on this slow Saturday morning late in the day and wanted something sweet after. I ended up deciding to stop by this Dunkin’ to satisfy this craving.
I can confidently say this Dunkin’ is certainly a Dunkin’. There’s some tables, a few comfier chairs on the periphery of the interior, and a shelf of donuts prominently displayed such that they can be seen from anywhere in the store. There are a few types of ceramic tile that line the floor, and a 2 foot square drop ceiling above. Lighting is supplied through a combination of florescent lights, conical suspended fixtures, and ample natural light through the full windows on two sides of the dining area. It’s a franchise coffee shop for sure, in both function and feeling.
I waited a minute or two for the employees to finish serving someone in the drive thru, then selected my donuts. I ended up getting a box of glazed old fashioned munchkins. They tasted like standard donut holes I’d expect from a Dunkin’, no more to really say there.
I found this visit completely sufficient and acceptable. If you need a morning caffeine or donut fix and you’re in Silvis, this location is good. Thanks, Dunkin’.

5/5 to Ricardo at this location! He noticed our dogs and asked if we wanted pup cups for them! Even went the extra mile to add little pieces of bacon. We are so appreciative of him! Definitely put a smile on all of our faces! We hope that he gets recognized for his excellent customer service!

Horrible drive thru at 12:30 pm on a Sunday. 27 minutes waiting for a mocha and two wake-up wraps. Corporate needs to come here and retrain or fire these workers. Not coming here again. Can only imagine how poor the service would be on a work day !!!

While my food and drink were fine, I did have an issue with the service here. I don’t usually eat out or buy coffee from “Chain” places like this and Starbucks. I prefer to shop local. However I was heading to Chicago and didn’t have much time and this is right off the interstate so I stopped to give it a try. Believe it or not, this was my first time going to Dunkin. I wasn’t sure about some of the drinks on the menu so I had a few questions. I completed my order and pulled up to the window. As I pulled up to the window, I could hear the girl mocking me and laughing at me with another employee. She was saying something like “She acts like she’s never been to a Dunkin before, it’s not that complicated” I asked 2 questions and I haven’t even been to a Dunkin before. This is EXACTLY why I don’t go to places like this! Don’t patronize me because I’m not familiar with your menu. While I will say I actually did like the coffee and food I received, I can say with certainty I will never come back to this place! These young girls need a lesson or two in customer service! I don’t care how good the food or coffee were, I refuse to give my money to a place who literally makes fun of their customers IN FRONT of their customers! (For management reading this and wondering, it was a young skinny Hispanic girl at the window, maybe 16 to 18? This happened on August 11th about 2pm ish?) Please have a talk with your staff about customer service!

Waited 5 minutes for the lady to take our order. Waited another 15 to get the food. Watched three people pull out of the drive thru. To get my order being $23.63 to have cold bagel bites and raw bacon.

I am so frustrated. I just ordered a latte and when I realized it had no coffee in it I had to circle back to find they close at 5. I am so mad. Someone needs to refund my $5.

Horrible service the slowest service I’ve had in my entire life I ordered one medium coffe took 30 minutes just to be made. And on top of all that the drink wasn’t filled all the way and they only have two workers working not enough staff for when the place is busy super disappointed
