No one cares to get your order right, and the bathrooms were so bad I had to walk right out. Here are pictures of their “deep clean ” . No toilet paper and garbage was full. Never coming back again.

What is wrong with this franchise every time when a client asked for the bathroom, they just denied, they should put a sign saying the bathroom is not working. I’m pretty sure at least half of the clients will turn around and go to another place.

I’ve been riding past this Dunkin Donuts for years because it’s on my route to work. I normally stop at the one in Maywood. So yesterday for the first time I stopped at this one and the cashier was nice and welcoming. Today I decided to stop in again. I ordered the $6 meal deal and asked could I substitute the coffee for something else. The lady said we can’t substitute, I said ok, normally it’s not an issue and immediately she was like, “I’m the manager point them out and I’ll write them up right now!” I was like calm down it wasn’t at this one. If this is who you all have representing your company you need to choose more wisely. If she acts like that with customers I can only imagine how she throws her title around with employees!

At this Dunkin’, if you have to use the restroom, forget it. It’s safer and more sanitary to do it outside and wipe your hands on your clothing afterwards. In the men’s room, the urinal is corked up with toilet paper and ready to overflow with yellow liquid. The toilet is covered in black specks of who knows what and reeks horribly. The sink is dirty and covered in chewed tobacco spit and hair trimmings from someone shaving. The floors are not clean at all.
I am certain the multiple employees are doing the best they can when they are aware of the situation, but on my most recent visit it was a real nightmare. Like walking into a cheap bar’s toilet after happy hour.
In general, the menu is a mess. Everything is vastly overpriced and under portioned.
I remember the good old days when a Dunkin donut was 4.5 in wide and tasted fresh with a hearty flavor for 99¢ each. Ever since they expanded globally with a Dunkin every Mile on every major road, the Dunkin’ donuts have shrunk to about 3.5 in and they are typically stale and mostly flavorless for $1.50-$2.50 each.
Not being a coffee drinker, the entire focus on coffee has made everything else on their menu sad and pathetic.
Those comments have nothing to do with the employees of this location or the employees in general. It’s a corporate decision to reduce the expenses by shrinking the product and doubling the price.

Workers on their phone in the middle of making a coffee…washrooms look like they have diseases in there clearly no one cleans it this restaurant needs to be inspected.
