I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts where they took remaking a coffee the biggest deal ever as if I was trying to get a free coffee.. I literally was told to come in when a manager was there and given the date she would be there , mind you I went in and she wasn’t there. I was treated as if I was crazy and lying to get a free coffee then they preceded to say they don’t give out free coffees yet I was only there asking for my remake which I was told I would get ? Again the employees made it seem as if I was just trying to come up on a free coffee and the whole situation was uncomfortable and I sat there for like 20 minutes. Every day my man I come here we order the same thing every time! Almost $8 for a latte with almond milk!!! Again today less than a half of a cup. Coffee grounds in the decaf coffee!!! The mangers are so rude and disrespectful !! The afternoon ppl here are amazing ! Very helpful very friendly. Idk what we did to upset them like this !!! But this is ridiculous yes I tools pictures of my lattes and called corporate. Something to needs to change here. We work hard for our money and to be treat like we get treated here is in called for

I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job!
