Great place , surprised a lot by this place , it’s a pretty busy place but I was amazed how clean it is , their janitors definitely deserve a rise , because this is one of the cleanest bathrooms I was in the last years, and it smells good , really good ! Recommend this place , it’s a good one !

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I ordered a Strawberry Daydream Refresher. When I got to the window, they told me it was 5.99 for a small. They did not give me the receipt. I asked for it, and they charged me AN EXTRA $1. For protein milk. Which I did not ask for. This is absolutely unbelievable and I will never be going here again. They are SCAMMING YOU! DON’T GO HERE!!!

Customer service sets the tone for a brand, and unfortunately this location does not reflect the standard I’ve experienced at other Dunkin’ stores. The girls at the drive thru window were Rude, Unwelcoming, Dismissive, snarky and hostile! I cancelled my order immediately once I seen the attitude!

was immediately put off when my girls and i were given attitude when trying to place three seperate orders at the drive thru. we keep it extremely cute and respectful when it comes to interacting with customer service workers so just know nothing we did prompted the woman on the speaker to act like that. we simply ordered 3 drinks and 3 food items with no one in front of us… had to wait 20 minutes… okay. i attempted to use 900 reward points for a free drink to which the man at the window stated that my drink was not eligible, which was simply not true babe. 900 points gone. pissed me clean off. i don’t play about my points. on top of that, i ordered 2 ordered of snackin bacon. 8 pieces come in one order. so riddle me this: why did i get 4 LUKEWARM pieces per order? and the man at the window didn’t even give us a warm exit. handed us our order and closed the window in our face. safe to say my baddies and i will not be returning to this dunkin location… i recommend that you all do the same unless you wanna be faced with bottom of the barrel customer service and an unsatisfactory order. love y’all, have a blessed day!

got there, no line mind you.. we did 3 separate orders and miss gurl wanna catch an attitude from the jump.. like? your job is customer service and hospitality? anyways took forever to order, miss gurl kept saying “one moment” dang how many moments you need? anyways finally finished taking our order just to wait 20 minutes at the window for 3 drinks and 3 food items (p.s. none of it was good) drinks? MID. food? COLD not even microwaved just defrosted. lame aaaah dunkin

I came in with a suit and needed 4 boxes of coffee for a party at 9PM. The team at Dunkin on 12/20/23 did a stellar job helping me out and packing all of the supplies into my car. They even included the 4 boxes with cream, sugar, cups, lids and kept the party alive!

This review is for the employees on nights that work til 11. I’ve caught him several times trying to overcharge me and making my drink wrong. He split my shot of espresso between two drinks? Then when confronted about it he said the lattes are made with 1 shot only. I doubt that because my drinks were different sizes . Then there is an employee that comes to register with family while they pick their own donuts behind counter. This is unprofessional and unsanitary.

This location is a very good Dunkin location. I always like light ice in my drink, and they actually put light ice, unlike Starbucks, they will continue to fill your cup to the brim if you let them know you want light ice. The food is good too, and the service is fast. I always get my order very quickly inside even if the drive thru is full.
