I usually prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks — something about Dunkin’s coffee just hits right, and even their cold water tends to taste fresher. But this particular location really misses the mark.
From the moment I walked in, it felt like a completely different Dunkin’. The quality, service, and overall atmosphere were nowhere near what I’ve come to expect from the brand. It honestly makes me wonder if corporate has ever checked in on this store, because it could really use some serious retraining to maintain Dunkin’s usual standards.
To make matters worse, they close the inside early, leaving only the drive-thru open during the early evening hours — which is highly inconvenient for regular customers who prefer to come in, sit down, or order inside.
Overall, this is one of the most disappointing Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever visited. I genuinely hope management or corporate takes notice and works to bring this store up to the level that truly represents the Dunkin’ name.

Same experience as previously reported. Coffee taste like water and cream. No coffee flavor at all. Called to let them know. They said the pot was fresh. Not sure what the issue is. Maybe the machine or maybe reusing the coffee grinds for more than one pot? Won’t be back.

This dunkin has gone downhill so fast over the last couple of months. They used to be my go to dunkin where I never had any issues, now every single food and drink item I purchase is almost always disgusting. Every latte I order I end up drinking ground espresso straight out of the cup which is disgusting (is this because the machines are not being cleaned out or what?) and any cold brew/coffee tastes like water with milk. Food items are hit or miss – some are fine, some are half assed. Not asking a lot here, just asking for my shit to be done correctly since I am paying for it with my money??? Don’t waste your hard earned money here and find a different Dunkin to go to!

Wow such a lovely Dunkin. This is probably my favorite location of all. They don’t run out of donuts here and the new interior is nice. All the donuts here are fresh and the people working here are kind.
I’ve enjoyed the refreshers they had here such as the mango dragon fruit with coconut milk is delicious. I’ve also had it without. Everything here is clean but you do need to ask if you need to use the bathroom.
The avocado toast and bagel egg cheese are good.

The gentleman with glasses working the drive thru on morning weekdays is absolutely rude. Literally doesn’t say a word, hello, thank you, goodbye, nothing.
I’ve come here 95% of most mornings for the past 5 years. He can’t be bothered to get my order right although he knows it by heart. Gave me the wrong order again this morning. Literally just doesn’t care.
Over it and heading to the new Dunkin on Kingery. This guy is terrible.

Best Dunkin by far in the area. Recently built, clean and well kept grounds. It has a fresh new building feeling to it and the architecture is well designed. Delicious donuts and fresh coffee. Friendly staff. Great place!

I ordered an oatmilk latte and I saw the employee make my drink with regular milk, which I’m allergic to. I asked them to please make it with oatmilk and they replied they did. Then the manager got involved and she said it was oatmilk. The employee who made it never went near the oatmilk and had the open bottle of regular whole milk that I had just seen her use next to her. They didn’t make me another drink so it was just a waste of money for me.
