I’ve gone to this new dunkin a couple times since they opened and have never had any issues. I’m not sure if it’s new staff or something else but my whole order was off and the munchkins are all messed up too. I didn’t even get a chance to finish my order before they sent me to the window either, I had to call out and tell them I had more to order and then they sent me to the window again.

I ordered a $5 Meal Deal
(Iced coffee with caramel and oatmilk and a sausage and cheese for the wake up wrap)
I got: a regular ice coffee, and bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wrap, and the hashbrowns look off too.
I ordered:
10 PC. Munchkins mixed
I got: um whatever that was in the pic
I tried to do the $2 10 PC. Munchkin offer, got charged full price with the code (which they told me at the window they couldn’t combine with other offers) and got told “you wanted the deal huh”. They also all seemed lost at the drive-thru (3 guys) which made me a bit confused as if something was going on.
Um… make sure your oder is right before you drive off from the drive-thru. Good luck.

I placed a mobile pickup order around 4:45pm today 01/26/2026. The gentleman at the counter who made my order was incredibly personable and kind and everything was delicious. 10/10, this is my new favorite coffee spot. Next time I will try to get the gentleman’s name so he can get some recognition, wonderful service thank you!!!

First and last time. Zero stars if allowed. Big mistake ordering from here. Medium cappuccino 50-60% full in a sealed Uber eats delivery bag. Quite honestly pissed off. Over $5 for THIS??? Who serves a half filled cup of coffee?? Since when is this a medium filled drink?!? It’s as though someone took a swig and then put a lid over it. Please, get it together for God sake. Lacking common sense!!

I went there this morning thinking , okay we have a DD with a drive thru.
Well, the coffee was old, the hash browns were not cooked and the egg in the sandwich was cooked enough where I could eat it.
I will continue going to the walk in DD in Willowbrook and to the DD in Westmont, where I actually worked when I first retired many years ago.

we asked for a Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher and he gave us the COCONUT version. We didn’t ask for coconut milk or anything. It was absolutely so disgusting the guy accused us of saying we asked for a mango refresher even tho we didn’t. Then he got upset when we told him we didn’t want the mango ones as well as our strawberry ones. I do not recommend going her at all. AND THE BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!
