I think this place intentionally refuses to give you free reward items because their cheap takes. I’ve had several well earned reward points and they always lie and say the scanner doesn’t work. Completely unfair that I spend money just to be told I can’t have a free item with a real coupon.

Arrived at this Dunkin’ Donuts at 10:30 AM. They were out of almost every donut I asked for so then I placed my order for different donuts. They forget to charge me for one so then they have to charge me for another donut. I got three donuts total along with an extra large decaf French vanilla extra extra. The coffee ended up being the worst coffee I’ve had ever in my life and I literally pick up a coffee every day. I never really go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I will never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again.

Have picked up coffee/breakfast here several times. Every time went great. Staff were always cheerful and efficient, even during the morning rush. Coffee came out quick and hot, donuts pretty good as well.
