I don’t know who was working today October 30 2025 at 9:30pm. Super rude I tried to order a matcha latte with cold foam they said theirs no such combination I always order this so I was so confused. Had to just place the order on the app so they can make it for me. I go back to the window and I ask for my order online and he asks if I just placed me order so I said yes. He says rudely “ Ok so u need to wait “ with an attitude I just told him that’s fine. Such a disappointment this is my go to Dunkin don’t think I’ll be back after this. ( They also had me wait over 10 minutes for two matcha lattes after)

Amazingly friendly service every time I come here. They always seem to get everything right. I wish all locations would be like this one. Whether you go through drive-through or walk up. Thank you again also, this is a great location conveniently right off of Ogden Avenue just east of the highway.

The only part deserving of even 1 star is the guy who took my order who was sooo friendly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and they all look and feel so old. One of them doesn’t even look like it’s the right color. I also ordered a bagel and it was burnt beyond belief. I have tried coming to this location multiple times because it is close to my work but it is literally awful every time.

I ordered a ice latte guy gave me hot one and I said that was not what I ordered and it was almost like he was refusing to fix my order and was trying to make me pay for something I didn’t order. Very disappointing

I thought it was just me but apparently everyone else who comes to this Dunkin’ has had the same horrible experience. I expressed to the lady at the window that they had previously gotten my order incorrect. A “manager” then approached the window to argue with me about the fact that I would not be compensated or given anything even though they were the ones who got the order incorrect. I go to Dunkin’ all over the city and this one is truly the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t be in customer service to have a nasty attitude and ruin people’s days. Also get it together and get the orders correct. Twice in one week items were forgotten. What’s the point in a drive through if I have to go through it again or get off my car because something is missing. It’s really not acceptable and best believe I will be publicly sharing this horrible experience at this Dunkin on as many social media’s as I can and escalate this just because of how that manager treated me.

Update: I’ve been going here rather frequently and though most of the staff is incredibly friendly, some of them are downright rude.

Staff was rude and condescending while ordering and forgot to turn off the headset so I heard them mutter about the size of my order. Then at the window several younger employees were standing around gossiping while the one actual adult did everything and had to ask them several times to move or hand her something. In this rush they also forgot to give me the one donut that I had ordered first. Everything tasted OK but my son was very upset about not getting his strawberry donut with sprinkles. Awful service just an awful experience. Get breakfast and coffee literally anywhere else.
