I bought a croissant, coffee and blueberry glazed donut. The donut had mice feeding activity on it. I work in pest control and deal with mice on a daily basis. This place has a rodent problem.

The girl manager and the guy employee were so rude and disrespectful for no reason!!! They messed up my order and somehow tried to blame me for it?! Screaming at me. My drink was cold and tasted expired and the manager definitely spit in my food after she proceeded to spit in my face. I was beyond shock. Lawsuit coming soon . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!

Placed order in drive-thru. Ordered LG hot decaf 2 vanilla swirl w/4 cream and 5ct munchkins. Pull up to the window and scanned “To Pay Another Way” for my $2 any coffee. Total was $6.XX. I mentioned if my coffee offer applied and young girl responded w/”that’s just to earn points”. I tried explaining and got the same answer but this time w/an attitude…I once again explained while going through w/the motion while the young girl rolled her eyes and finally said “it did go through”…in the end, my coffee was incorrect anyways…check your orders and total, don’t rob yourself by keeping quiet, even if it’s a few bucks…

Terrible terrible coffee, I’ve come the last few days in order to give a proper review and it’s been terrible all 3x. Its either tart, acrid or plain tasteless, it’s like sock water. I’m talking about a regular old cup of Joe, nothing fancy or complicated. I will not come again, last time I was here about a year ago it was the same issue but I was willing to give it a try again. Corporate Dunkin please intervene! CLEAN YOUR MACHINES! Wish I could give you 0 stars

Love this Dunkin I have a somewhat complicated coffee that I order but I order the same coffee every time and when it’s not done right I know and most Dunkin mess my order up but this Dunkin does it perfect every time they know be by name and there awesome I refuse to go to any other Dunkin and I love my coffee I appreciate being able to go and get my coffee made correct 1 first time and not having to complain and be told they did it correctly when I know it wasn’t.

Horrible service!! Went in for a bagel and waited for approximately 5 minutes for service. A worker turned to look at me but never acknowledged me! They just completely ignored walk in customers!! No wonder the place was empty! I will never be back there!!

They constantly mess up orders and conveniently “forget” to give you a receipt. This seems like fraud the amount of times they attempt to take things off my order that I paid for. If you go here, demand a receipt and make sure they got your order correct before you leave

They’ve been terrible the past few months, from constantly forgetting to put skim milk on my iced coffee to asking them to put skim milk and defending that milk is in there when it clearly isn’t. This picture from this morning takes it – a hot coffee when the label explicitly says iced coffee
