It’s so annoying to place an order online and then being told half of what you ordered isn’t available. Their refund process is also a hot mess so your only option is to pick something else that you don’t even want. To top that off, they serve the ugliest looking donuts. What ever happened to quality and presentation?! These donuts look ugly/sloppy in the box & even worse when they give them to you in a bag.

The location for this Dunkin is just really stupid. No way to go around the building you have to exit the parking lot and make a bunch of u turns if you need to go around. You can only access the building from one side of the road. It’s just really annoying.

Slowwwwwwww they are slow you will be late for work ! My latte sat in my face on the counter while I sat in driveway through waiting for her to pass it to me they have NO ORGANIZATION! My drink died in my face cream melted and because I already waited an excessive wait I couldn’t make them make it over POOR SERVICE ! Go on farnsworth the are quicker and accurate

Ordered a dunkalatte and got a cup full of ice. This was after some ice melted as I finished my drink… ona positive note, the woman at the window was very kind and sweet though.
