This morning was very complicated for me, but when I came to this place for a coffee, a very kind person changed my day. Normal croissants vs the burnt ones they gave and seemed upset when I asked for new ones. Only did this review since what I’m assuming is the manager tried to talk down on me this afternoon about they don’t control the temp of the toaster but they see the product go in the wrap so why hand out bad quality, ma’am? I labeled the photos below because it seemed like she couldn’t tell the difference.

Coffee was fine..bacon egg and cheese bagle was fine…but WTH . the hash browns burnt, gooey and stuck together in the bag smashed…..GROSS.

It just took 10 mins to order and get two donuts. Then after ordering i walk to the gas and wash station to get a drink and when i come back the food isn’t even up and ready. Do not have a brand new person working the register at 6am on a work day when people are trying to get to work. You all had 15+ people working in there. Put someone that knows the register working at front.

Terrible place they cant make coffee right and everything hot comes out cold ill be calling cooperate!! ✍️ update July 14th. The team here is being trained so poorley dt bother spending money here. They care more about getting ur money then getting what u paid for. I came in the other day after months of avoiding this place. I give it a try again and order a iced coffee. Before i pay he said large right and i said no medium then i paid for a coffee that wasnt mine lol and he charged me a donut and i was like I didnt order a donut. The guy said oh my bad didnt bother to fix the problem. I came back next day for refund and you wont believe this. I asked for a full refund and they had no manager for rest of day but yet the guy helping me had powers to refund me lol. He gave me 3 dollars less and i was like you shorted me. He said we dont refund tax lol but there was tax on the recipt. I told the man you are horrible at what you do and will never be back. The terrible.
