If I can give 0 I will came to drive thru around … lady in the drive through extremely rude only gave half my order and walked away mid conversation when I was trying to tell her I had a donut as well. I order an iced latte with only 2 pumps of vanilla and 1 pump of sugar and a donut. All I received was milk and taste like 10 pumps of sugar … barely any ice . DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. If you don’t want to be at your job then don’t show up!!! Don’t understand why people have to be rude for no reason.

I don’t usually eat junk food, but after visiting families for work, I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts for a quick bite. When I got my meal, the sandwich was burnt and stale, so I went back to Express my disappointment in a very calm and subtle manner.

The manager was kind at first but the worker was rude, insisting the sandwich wasn’t burnt as She tossed her voice across the counter. I’ve been to several Dunkin’ locations and never had this issue before. It seemed they needed to fix the oven or improve their toasting method.

The manager offered me a doughnut as an apology, but since I’m trying to lose weight, I declined. I requested jelly, but he initially insisted that I had to pay $0.50 for it. He eventually decided to give it to me for free when he saw me standing and waiting.

This experience highlighted poor customer service, which is disappointing. I now understand their low rating on Google. It’s not about ethnicity; it’s about good service, and they need training. I’d consider returning if the staff were properly trained.

Absolutely the worst experience. Please save your money & go elsewhere. The staff is RUDE. Manager very unprofessional. He refused to give me my second order of hash browns after I purchased TWO $6 breakfast meals. He said it wasn’t his problem!!! Bagel was as hard as a rock you could break all your teeth. If I could give it zero stars I would. I will never be coming here again.

Very disappointed. I stopped by for some donuts, but unfortunately, they were completely stale and rock hard. It felt like they had been sitting out for days. Definitely not fresh, and not worth the money.

Went into drive thru and tried getting an oatmilk iced coffee and when I tried to order it they said they couldn’t so I switched to a brown sugar expresso and the owner tells me I can’t switch because they already started the other drink. This is ridiculous this store ever since the Indian owner purchased it has had horrible service I also ordered a wake up wrap and when I got the window he insisted I did not order that and was on about how its not on the receipt when he missed a part of my order and now doesn’t wanna give me that and wants to charge me for a drink I didn’t order and it’s not even modified like I asked. Never returning to this dunkin. THERES PLENTY OF DUNKIN DONUTS THIS IS NOT ONE YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR MONEY AT.

Every time the regular employees take my order, things go fine. But the second the manager gets involved, everything goes downhill. This guy is rude, loud, and completely unprofessional.

Today I ordered a coffee, a croissant, and a hash brown. Instead of just fixing my coffee, he came over and started yelling at me about sugar and cream, like it was my fault. He raised his voice, repeated himself over and over, and acted like I was the problem. When I called him out, he kept being disrespectful and treating me like garbage.

This isn’t just about me either — I’ve seen him treat his own employees the same way. He talks down to them, yells at them, and creates a toxic environment for everyone. He doesn’t know how to handle customers, he doesn’t know how to handle staff, and honestly, he shouldn’t be in charge of anything.

Worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Misses orders, raises his voice, disrespects everyone around him. A total piece of work. If you care about decent service or respect, avoid this place when he’s around.

Food gets 1 star because the man who gave us our ice cream had a cramp in his hand or something…he barely gave us any ice cream $7+ for this!? Idk if this is a standard make of Ice Cream but BR, needs to get it together and be consistent, because there’s days I go and it’s bigger portions of even whip and ice cream…maybe someone needs to be te trained idk , service was amazing , the way he took the order and was responding to our questions hands down awesome , atmosphere gets one because we came through the drive thru.
