Busy for a good reason Idk about the other review but I love this Dunkin always get my order right and almost always taste the same. I can’t say the same about the Dunkin that’s a few block down I wonder if the bad reviews are for that place. Any ways thank you to the workers here it’s because of them you are getting this compliment.

I am writing to formally complain about the repeated poor service I have experienced at the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins location on 95th Street and Roberts Road.

I have visited this location multiple times over the past several months, and nearly every visit has resulted in the same issue: being told that they are “out of ingredients” for popular drinks such as Cappuccino Blasts, shakes, and other specialty beverages. This has happened multiple times.

Most recently, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, between 7:00 and 8:00 PM, I once again attempted to order one of these drinks and was told they could not make it. When I politely questioned why this continues to happen, the staff became dismissive. When I asked for their names so I could file a formal complaint, I was told they did not have to give them to me. As I was leaving, they laughed, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

This behavior reflects very poorly on your brand. Customers should not be repeatedly turned away for the same items, nor should they be treated with disrespect when expressing concerns. This appears to be a management and accountability issue that needs immediate attention.

I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed. I enjoy Dunkin’ and would like to continue supporting this location, but the lack of consistency, professionalism, and basic customer service makes that difficult.

I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled.

I wish I can give this a zero!! Came here and order 4 drinks and the 3 drinks were iced coffee and they WERE WATER DOWN. ITS VERY UPSETTING !! We asked for extra and it’s LIGHT!!!!

The worst Dunkin i’ve been to in America. Absolutely disgusting dirty and gross. Worst employees cussing and on there phones. Went trough drive thru and was overcharged. Came in for refund and they told me only a manager can fix that. Please do not visit this establishment.

Drinks were both PACKED to the lid with ice- thats against Duncan policy as it robs the customer of what they are paying for. I ordered a large chai tea latte with extra Chai, there was so much milk and ice I didn’t even taste the Chai at all. I was ripped off, I won’t be back as this is not the first time and I only ordered e tra cause it was weak the previous time I came here. There’s enough of these dunkins in the area, I suggest going to another location that actually cares about product quality and their customer base, cause these owners/mgrs might say they do but they dont!

If I could put 0 stars I would, worst experience ever. The staff present on 11/09 between 8:30-9:00pm were rude, nasty, and racist. Literally took my order and once I got to the window wouldn’t even open the window for me, when they finally did they claimed to not have an order for me and refused my service. I only came because I promised my kids donuts, left with my kids crying from being treated unfairly. In the meantime, they continued to serve everyone else (who just so happened to not be black). And proceeded called the police on me when I was still on the premises attempting to order, the police arrived and let them know it was not a police matter and directed me to another location.

I am usually very specific on the coffee that I like. Are usually order a unsweetened hot French vanilla coffee with milk only. Unfortunately about eight out of 10 times when I come to Dunkin’ Donuts. They get my order wrong. Not sure why it’s so complicated. But this location always gets it. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Money hungry this lady literally took away from my bag one last munchkin because i had a reward for 3 munchkin and and there was only 4 left so she literally took away one!! The store has serious service cleanliness and health issues since the new manager Tony Toledo took over
The store is filthy and the trash bibs are always overflown. The ice cream freezers always break down and Jean. I talked several times to the repair guys and they told be that the manager doesn’t can’t to get new freezers. I also I served the workers carrying melted ice cream tubs to the walk in cooler then bringing them back in a day or two. This action can cause food borne illnesses caused by bacteria growth. Possible pathogens are Salmonella, E.coli, and listeria.. I reported the issue to Dunkin customer service but no correctional action was taken as the manager Tony insisted that there is nothing wrong. The health department should definitely inspect this business.
