My children and I love it here so much. They have the best, most caring, and kindest staff ever. They are so patient with my kids and treat them so well. I continue to frequent this location because of them. Every day I order ahead and when I pull up my order is ready for me! I’ve never had an issue!

The new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Gas N’ Wash is really convenient in New Lenox. It’s nice on cold or rainy days when you don’t have even get out of your car to grab your favorite cup of coffee. They even have an express mobile order lane so I can order on my Dunkin app and bypass the ordering board. The crew is so kind and welcoming. The technology they use in this place to get my order fast, fresh, and friendly is really amazing! Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day, can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and donut when the weather gets warmer. New Lenox runs on Dunkin’!

This dunkin location both scams money and is very rude. Multiple staff members were literally talking over each other to speak hard and sharp at me over simply asking why this is the only dunkin location that charges extra for oatmilk now. I do not appreciate being spoken down to. There’s something not right here.

This is the world’s slowest Dunkin Donuts. I’ve gone numerous times and every time it takes an insane amount of time to get my order. Simply just donuts and coffee. Today was a full 10 min. For a cold brew. They seem to lose the order numbers they are on. They need new management!

Stopped in on National Donut Day. I ordered a wake up wrap with no cheese. Order taker asked me to pull around. The young lady brought out my food. Unfortunately, it was not my order. I went inside & the place was very busy.
They rectified it pretty quick & I was on my way. Food was fresh & delicious!

The worker informed me the two donuts I wanted were all out. I asked what they had, I could barely understand what she was saying, she acted as if there was this huge rush. (There was no one else in line) I then chose old fashioned because that’s the only flavor I understood. The donut had absolutely no flavor plus the breakfast sandwich my boyfriend got, was so burnt he couldn’t enjoy it.

Update below…
We had placed our order in the app, so it should’ve been ready when we got there. This place is SO DISORGANIZED that that didn’t have the dozen donuts on the order, so we had to show the order from the app to the cashier. We waited 6 or 7 minutes for the guy in front of us (in the drive thru) & THEN we had to wait another 8-10 minutes for them to get their heads screwed on correctly & to give us our order. It’ll be a LONG TIME before I go back to this location!!!
UPDATE… We tried this place again, unfortunately. This time, it was ready when we pulled up, however the coffee was BURNT!!! WE HAD TO THROW BOTH COFFEES AWAY!!! AND this isn’t the first time that we’ve had burnt coffee from this location!!! This location needs to either be CLOSED or thry need to learn how to make coffee that ISN’T BURNT!!! ALSO, I tried calling this location, but all it does is go to voicemail. So, I left a voicemail, but not returned my call. DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD BUSINESS TO GO TO!!! AND, needless to say, WE WILL N.E.V.E.R. RETURN!!!

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and it sucks every-time. It always takes them an insane amount of time to get through the drive through cars and when I went into the store once to pick up an online delivery they didn’t have it ready and wouldn’t listen to me as i tried to explain what the rest of my order was so it took 10 extra minutes just for them to figure out a donut order. If you’re in a rush or even just want to get somewhere on time do not go to this location.

This is honestly the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to! I literally ordered on the app 5 minutes ago, pulled through the little mobile order spot in the drive thru and my coffee and sandwich were literally there in seconds. I 10/10 recommend this location, speedy service and excellent workers! I went a little before 4 o’clock and had a great experience! Definitely come here
