Edited my 5-star review from 4 years ago to a1- star. As another reviewer commented, it felt 90 degrees in the store and everything was melted. The store was very dirty and you could tell the equipment needed work. Fly traps were hanging over the food. There were multiple people walking out and we ended up tossing the ice cream that was the consistency of milk. Now I know why they weren’t filling the cups. I was thinking of cutting them a break with my review in case something broke today, but I see they have had issues for over a week which is disgusting.

Order delivery last night. Signature creation with a plain waffle bowl. Printed on receipt clearly yet received order with no waffle bowl. I guess when the customer is not standing in front of them to remind them of the order, accuracy goes out the window.

I love ice cream and cold stone is always a fun happy day for me.
This place had plenty of parking. Sitting is very limited, so usually I get my ice cream and eat in the car or outside – this is why I’m giving this location 3 stars. I really wish they had more sitting options.
Staff is always friendly and quick at this location, so big shoutout to them for their hard work.
I love the cake batter ice cream so I got a Birthday cake remix on a waffle cone. I love their waffle cones, so crisp and tasty.

Walking in to the store it was disgusting and dirty it then told 4 minutes of waiting before we put our order. when we did they were barely any toppings. the employee went in the back several times and returned with nothing they were rude the entire interaction and left our ice-cream out to melt while they went back. Unfortunately im not even able to say it tasted good the cones were stale and made both of us sick.

Ordered a Carmel malt. Asked for extra malt powder. They gave me a sundae and it was so gross. Explained I asked for a malt and they said they already charged it and could not remake it. 3 Indian women and there seemed to be a language barrier issue’s.

While I support all small businesses especially this place which is own by an Indian immigrant, but I’m urging my fellow Somalis to stay away from this place. The staff welcome and treat their white customers better than africans. I waited 4 minutes while the employees were chatting and offered free ice cream to these white girls who were sitting and didn’t even need free ice cream.
