I stopped into Dunkin’ Donuts and immediately felt the atmosphere was unwelcoming—staff had grumpy expressions and there was no friendly greeting. I ordered a toasted bagel and a medium coffee with cream, sugar, and an espresso shot. The total came to nearly $10, which felt steep given the quality.
The coffee was overly sweet, and the bagel was soggy and chewy, almost as if it had been microwaved rather than toasted. Overall, the service lacked warmth and the environment didn’t compare to other coffee shops where customer interaction feels more genuine. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed, and I don’t plan on returning.

No wonder this location has only one star reviews. Beware of this location! This location, Lemont 127th. Street is such a ripoff. Will never come here again. I bought 2 medium Frozen Coffee Butter Pecan and 1 small Frozen Coffee Butter Pecan and was charged $21.21. I questioned the amount, how she came up with that amount and the cashier at the window had the nerve to go off on me. No other location has ever charged me that much. I have pictures attached with receipt from another location.

Finally, a dunkin that puts a proper amount of cream cheese on a bagel. My only complaint is that I order a frosted donut for my kiddos, and the donuts are always placed upside down. Putting most of the frosting on the bottom of the bag. There has to be a better way

Ordered a hot peppermint mocha, i received an iced drink. When i said i wanted hot, the staff said they didn’t have that when it was on the menu. I even looked it up and it is on the menu. I don’t recommend this location. They never get my order right.

“Loaded” tots honestly don’t know how this is almost $5 half cup of tots a half strip of bacon with cheese on literally one or two of the tots. My girlfriend and I come often for just drinks and maybe a donut always get told “ok” after ordering or saying my name for pickup nothing else just static and they start the order they don’t ask you to move up tell you your total nothing. There are 1-2 people that always do but the rest are so blunt it’s crazy.

Typically I don’t have many issues when I go to Dunkin’, but this morning’s coffee was certainly not their best effort. My biggest complaint overall is inconsistency. I get the same thing and it doesn’t always taste the same. The photo I took of the coffee I got this morning is probably the worst I’ve had.
*Update: the picture is what is leftover after I poured my coffee into my travel mug. I ended up dumping it out in the sink at work and there was twice the leftover coffee grounds.
