I ordered the cocoa cloud latte and a turkey sausage egg and cheese, both exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly, my only problem is that the employee forgot to ask me if i wanted a croissant or an english muffin, otherwise pleasant dunkin experience.

Came in to get a coffee while my car was being worked on nearby. Wasn’t in a hurry since I was just killing time but it seemed to take a long time. A bit later one of the ladies asked what drink I was waiting on. Apparently they took my money and order and then forgot about me completely which is odd as the store was nearly empty. I tipped when I ordered, if you end up visiting this one, I would suggest holding off on the tipping until after served. The mocha I ordered just tasted like regular coffee. Still better thanmaking it myself.

This is one of the only Dunkin’s I’ve seen that charge for selecting “less ice”
This morning I didn’t select that option and there was so much ice that I couldn’t even put my straw in the cup. When I pushed the straw through, the big ice chunks busted the plastic cup spilling coffee everywhere
This location always seems to disappoint, driving to the nearby locations is the best option.

Almost gave me the wrong order. Forgot the cream and sugar I asked for. The lid on the coffee was dirty. They have excellent coffee but the service at this location is seriously lacking.

The rudest staff ever!! This look tells you everything you need to know. They act like they own the place. Every single time!! I even asked them if the owners would appreciate them treating guest like that. They don’t care. They cut you off, talk over you, talk down to you… Just be prepared to give them your order before you even have the ability to roll down your window. Then when you ask them to stop disrespecting you they will refuse your service. Wasn’t asking for free coffee. I can’t get my coffee because you can’t handle the truth?

It is 8:00pm and I made a mobile order. I asked for an Old fashioned donut and I got a Glazed one. So I proceeded to make my way back towards the drive thru. To my surprise the gentleman was having trouble with the customer in at the drive thru window as well. Management needs to resolve this issue expeditiously!
