They get the order wrong and act like it’s your fault. Rude. Asked for and iced coffee gave me a hot coffee. Asked for an ICED coffee politely they poured the hot coffee over ice still warm and expected me to take it. Rude.

When I ran out of drink, I bought more. The store was NEVER crowded and I was not slightly disruptive. I complained to “corporate” after I left before police were called.
I am seeking to truly see the face of America anew. I am. It is repulsive.

Oh no. Never again. Went to get a refresher it was so nasty. I didn’t get a receipt. The woman didn’t ask my preference on green tea or lemonade I’m so use to getting it one way I forgot to say green tea. But I should have been asked to so. It was horrible. The wait was long.

I love this Dunkin’—definitely my favorite local spot! The service is always great and the coffee is consistently on point. However, today my munchkins were placed in a paper bag instead of the usual box which made them stick to the paper and a bit tricky to pull apart. Not a huge deal but a small tweak like using a box could make the experience even better. Still,

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ fan, but my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing. The customer service here is far from pleasant; I often feel rushed and unwelcome. Every time I order a Caramel Macchiato, I’m asked to pull to the side, which adds unnecessary waiting time.
Moreover, the quality of the drinks leaves much to be desired. They tend to taste weak and sometimes lack the flavor I expect from such a popular drink. I hope the management takes note of these issues, as I would love to see improvements in both service and drink quality.

Stay messing up my order in doing whatever they want. I request liquid sugar every time I come I don’t understand why I keep ending up with Cane sugar stuck to the bottom of my cup in my coffee is bitter. Do A better job of listening and servicing your customers. I like the Puerto Rican manager because she cares for her customers. That is the only time my order is correct is when she is in the drive-through.

Great job to cashier yesterday whom turned out of product situation into a good experience. They had NO DONUTS OR MUNCHKINS… only blueberry however the cashier smiled and laughed through the order taking process and I genuinely felt she was trying her best to make my visit good. I ended up buying the donuts anyway and I don’t even eat blueberry. She was awesome!!! I ordered a large coffee cream and sugar and 10 blueberry munchkins whoever took my order should be a trainer or manager. I used the app to get $2deal

No longer have the baskin robbins in there. The snacking bacon was extremely greasy and you don’t get as much as you used to. Wont be getting that again.
