Order #3425 I ordered a peppermint mocha latte, hot with extra whip and there is no whip. I asked for extra whip and the customer service person repeated my order. There is no whip. It’s not really hot and it taste like a hot chocolate and coffee mixed together. If the store did not serve that beverage any longer, they should’ve just said that. I’ve ordered this enough times at other locations where the tag or the sticker did not read how this one reads.

This morning at around 10am my husband went to get coffee and croissants, he had ask for 4 but they said they only have one. He as for it got the croissant paid and came home so we could enjoy our coffee and croissants while we keep preparing to have a Christmas Day with the family. As I went to grab the croissant it felt veré hard and you could tell right away that it was not made that day, it’s from at least a day or two old, not very nice from Dunkin’ Donuts, staff and management to be serving the community because I live around the area and to be getting that kind of service it’s unacceptable. I love coming here to get my donuts and hot chocolate, but this time I decided to try out the flavor of the month which is hot cocoa flavored with marshmallows and it was delicious. I ordered a milkshake and I wish I would have known they don’t put whip cream unless you asked. The donuts were fresh and the service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant and bathroom seem always clean as well.

I usually get a donut from this location around 5am, and every time the donuts are positioned terribly inside my bag! The icing always is sticking to the side of the bag and by the time I’m home it’s literally no icing on my donut. It’s been numerous times, idk if it’s a morning shift issue or not but it’s a recurring problem.

a couple of the new workers can use some more training but there is new people that is the best! the girl makes sure everything is on point and the guy i believe was here before working makes everything fresh the only one i will let make my food. the manager is the best one they’ve had so far will definitely come back.

Avoid this location at all cost. Every time I order something through DoorDash at the store, they don’t send you what you order. This is the second time I loaded hashbrowns were not in the bag they’re over $6 On DoorDash and when you try to call, it’s a magic jack phone. Meaning they don’t even pay for phone service so you can’t even contact them if something is wrong. I want to be refunded For The food I did not receive, but how are you supposed to be refund refunded if you can’t even contact anybody to get a refund. If I could give you a zero, I would

It started out to be a good place, but lately. I ordered an avocado with toast, the toast was hard and cold. I saw one of the workers put away all of the donuts with her bare hands, no gloves, and I would not be going back there.
