I’ve given this place multiple chances and they just aren’t up to par with other DNDs Service is horrible! Coffee is bitter and they refuse to give you a refund if you just think the coffee is so bad you can’t stand it. They forgot an order of hash browns one day and I came back in and the guy argued with me that he put it in the bag. I was here everyday spending anywhere from 12 to 24 dollars each time and he thought I’d lie to get one order of hash browns out of them? Horrible service they need negative stars.

I purchased 12 dozen donuts to take to work for my co workers. The donuts were stale and hard so of course I bring the donuts back and request a refund. The guy literally tried to gaslight me into keeping the donuts saying “They’re not hard, they’re not hard” like I was legit going back and forward with this man about MY DISSATISFACTION with the donuts that I PURCHASED WITH MY MONEY. They clearly have no respect for customers and treat them like trash! After aguring back and forward with this man, him calling 2 different individuals on his phone and me speaking with them them on his phone… was I THEN given my refund. And to top things off he didnt give me my change which was 27 cents. I asked him can I get my change and he proceeds to just give me 27 cents from his pocket like I don’t care if you pull it from thin air give me ALL my money! I will never EVER return here. The most disrespectful, unprofessional Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to!
